A SCAM CONSISTS OF SEARCHING FOR Pokemon
I was fooled. I hired this escape room (prepaid), they were under 7 years old, they confirmed that they would accompany them at all times, that worried me a lot since I was responsible for all of them, they confirmed that I did not worry that they would go all together and accompanied at all times, when they arrived they put a small video (the same from the web), separated them into 2 groups gave them a backpack to each with several things, they needed a mirror each group and they did not have , had to go out to find one, gave them one of those makeup dwarfs and the other group was left without any, each group gave a tablet (one of them was not going well, hung continuously) and went out through Malaga to look for pokemon, because the game is exactly that, an application to search for clues in which you must put the exact word, e.g.: the girls put "the tower" And it does not accept you because you had to put "a tower" And everything was like that and with the tablet hanging constantly. The girls came out alone, I followed them because I gave a thought innocent that Luciano was coming after, but it was not, the nervous girls came out in stampede to look for their first pokemon and on the first track (Larios Street), they realized that they did not know how to handle it well since no one had explained anything and me looking for Luciano and there was no one there, my surprise increased when calling him goes and tells me that if I want companion I must pay 25 € more, that no one had warned me at any time, he blew 165 € for giving us 2 tablets (1 of them defective), 1 padlock that was broken and to look for pokemon.... Summing up a full-blown scam, DON’T DO IT, download the pokemon app and save yourself a buck. Ahhh!!!! They made me sign a paper like they took responsibility for the children..... Incomprehensible

Lamentamos a su vez que no haya aceptado el reembolso oportunamente. Creemos conveniente volver a explicarle que si bien el portal mágico es un juego diseñado para niñxs y familias, siempre es necesaria la supervisión de un adultx responsable ya que es un juego de realidad aumentada que se desarrolla a traves de las calles del centro histórico de Málaga. En su caso, por ejemplo, eran varixs niñxs menores de 10 años. Lógicamente y como bien usted explica es necesario abonar un extra para que un compañero este con ustedes durante el recorrido. Asimismo nos disculpamos una vez mas por el malentendido asegurandole que redoblaremos los esfuerzos a la hora de transmitir claridad sobre la necesidad de tener adultos responsables con niñxs durante el desarrollo del juego. Por último nos gustaria aclarar que no es un juego de Pokémon, sino de duendes y criaturas mágicas, un juego único en toda Andalucía!
