Confusion
When you get to the pick up location, there are dozens of other drivers. These draws are not willing to help you because they want your business. Although you paid for services with someone else, they still are trying to get your business. I ran up on my name on the wall accidentally after sweating and stressing. If you have a business, please put your name on your business.

Failed return transport
It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I love the DR and the people are so wonderful. However what I experienced with this company was extremely disappointing. Airport pickup was great. The day before our flight home I contacted the transport to ensure that they were picking us up at the scheduled time. Morning of the flight - no one showed up. No one at Majestic Mirage could help us - Saying that due to it being so early no one was around to answer the phone or to call. It is separate from the hotel. We waited almost an hour after our scheduled pick up and nothing. Had to get a cab. I contacted company afterwards to get a refund and they said they would give partial refund. I explained that we ended up having to pay more to get the cab to the airport, it didn't matter. Poor service. I would NOT recommend.

Very good service from pick up at airport to the hotel. I have found out since being here that some rides can’t go through resort gates so was very glad this one was.

We loved our drivers both to and from the resort!!…..our driver sang along with us and both got us there safely!!

Hey dude. Where's our car ?
Our driver was great but we waited a solid 45 minutes after we were told there'd be a driver with a sign with our name. A random gentlemen connected us with our driver. When we began the ride to the resort, we weren't even sure if we were in the right vehicle and my daughter was quite freaked out. DR is a breathtakingly beautiful country and the people are wonderful. This was just not a great experience.
