Amazing Segway tour and guide
Wonderful experience!! Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. I appreciate that safety was a main priority. He made sure we could use the equipment and were comfortable on the Segway before we started. I would highly recommend this experience for every and anyone.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a great experience and that safety and comfort stood out for you. Making sure everyone feels confident on the Segway before starting is a top priority for us. We’re delighted that our guide’s knowledge and sense of humor made the tour even more enjoyable. Thank you for the recommendation — it truly means a lot to us. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another adventure in Madrid! 😊

Slay
David was very good tour guide, superrr fun and safe. Churros were good after I accidentally spilled the chocolate on my white pants
Response from the operator: "Thank you so much for your awesome review! It was a real blast having you on the tour. I'm so glad you felt safe and had a great time with David—he definitely knows how to make the city's history fun! I am, however, deeply sorry about your white pants! At least the churros were worth it, right? Think of the chocolate stain as a 'sweet' (and very authentic) souvenir from your time in Madrid. I hope the stain comes out easily, and we would love to see you again for another adventure (perhaps with darker clothes next time!). Safe travels!"

Friendly Guides and Fun Segway with Churros
We had so much fun on this Segway tour. Juan, our guide, was informative and quite humorous. There were 7 in our group and 6 had not ridden a Segway before but everyone learned quickly with his help and patience. The roads were very quiet and there were hardly any cars. Ricardo brought us to the nearby churros cafe which was unfortunately sold out, so we were brought to the famous one down the road at no extra charge! We were truly so happy with this tour. No more walking tours for us... Segway is the way to go!
Response from the operator: "Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that your group of seven had such a fantastic time exploring the city with us. It’s great to know that Juan’s patience and humor helped those new to Segways feel confident and safe so quickly—that is always our top priority! We also appreciate your kind words regarding the quiet routes we select to ensure a peaceful experience. Regarding the churros, we always want our guests to have the best experience possible. When the first café was sold out, Ricardo was more than happy to take you to the famous spot nearby at no extra cost to ensure your tour ended on a sweet note! We love your new motto: 'Segway is the way to go!' We couldn't agree more, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another ride soon. Safe travels!"

Knowing that you 'wouldn't change a thing' is the best compliment we could receive. We hope to welcome you back for another tour soon. Cheers!"

Great experience
The trip on Segway around the Streets of Madrid was great. A good combi of driving and get information about prominent sites worked perfectly. The affilitating part about getting churros afterwards was irrelevant and not needed. So buy it for guide Segway tour and not the churros 😏
Response from the operator: "Thank you so much for your honest feedback! We are thrilled to hear that the mix of gliding through Madrid and learning about our most iconic sites worked perfectly for you. We take your point on the churros with a smile! While we love sharing that local tradition, we completely agree that the real star of the show should always be the Segway experience and the history of our beautiful streets. We're glad the quality of the tour itself stood out to you as the main reason to join us. We appreciate the recommendation to future travelers and hope to see you back on two wheels soon!

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Madrid Segway Tour with Chocolate and Churros: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.
How much does Madrid Segway Tour with Chocolate and Churros cost?
+
Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Madrid Segway Tour with Chocolate and Churros take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.
Is Madrid Segway Tour with Chocolate and Churros worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Madrid Segway Tour with Chocolate and Churros?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Madrid Segway Tour with Chocolate and Churros suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Madrid Segway Tour with Chocolate and Churros?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Madrid Segway Tour with Chocolate and Churros start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Madrid?
+
On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Madrid?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Madrid?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
