Beware
This was a terrible experience. The “skip‑the‑line” tickets I bought through this vendor on Viator were not real tickets according to the museum staff. I had to stand in line anyway, and once I reached the ticket booth, they confirmed again that the tickets were invalid. I had to buy new tickets on the spot. I received two missed calls and a voicemail asking me to “provide my email,” even though they already had it — they used it to send the fake tickets. This behavior felt fraudulent/scam‑like, and it made me question the legitimacy of the entire transaction. Even after I sent proof of the replacement tickets I had to purchase, the vendor refused to issue a refund. This was not my fault, and I ended up paying twice. I strongly advise others to stay away from this vendor.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your visit to the Prado Museum did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that your admission tickets were issued and delivered to the email address and WhatsApp number associated with your reservation. Our customer support team also contacted you directly to confirm that your tickets had already been provided and to explain that there was no need to queue at the ticket-purchasing counter. Our team made every effort to assist you and ensure that you had the necessary information to access the museum using the tickets supplied with your booking. We take allegations of fraudulent activity very seriously and strongly disagree with this characterization of our services. Our records confirm that the tickets were sent and that our team communicated with you regarding the entry arrangements. We sincerely regret any confusion or inconvenience experienced during your visit. We remain committed to transparent communication, professional service, and providing customers with the assistance they need. Kind regards, Customer Support Team VII Hills Journeys SRLS
