An unforgettable experience with SAP Adventures
We took a last minute 3 day excursion to Machu Picchu, and everything went perfectly. From the very beginning, the SAP Adventures team took great care of us and attended to every detail. The organization, transportation, and the guide's service were all excellent. Machu Picchu was simply incredible, and having such a professional team made the experience even more special. Despite booking at the last minute, everything was well coordinated and hassle free; Norma helped us secure our entry to the citadel. I highly recommend SAP Adventures for visiting Machu Picchu!🏔️
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We’re thrilled to know that everything went smoothly, especially with your last-minute booking. We’re very happy that Norma and our entire team could take care of every detail and make your visit to Machu Picchu so special. Thank you for recommending SAP Adventures!

Another Trip Advisor/Viator misrepresentation
Well I purchased the ticket in April 2026, only to find out that it is a totally misleading package- you are supposed to arrive 1-2 days in advance- Secondly, you are not guranteed Circuit 2 tickets - so you pay too much for something you may not get . I.e. circuit 2 tickets
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Before your reservation was confirmed, we provided detailed information regarding the current Machu Picchu ticketing situation, including the fact that tickets purchased in Aguas Calientes are subject to availability and that specific circuits, including Circuit 2, cannot be guaranteed. We understand that this process can be frustrating, especially during periods of high demand. The local purchase option in Aguas Calientes is a contingency system established by the Peruvian government for travelers who were unable to secure tickets through the official platform in advance. While it offers an opportunity to visit Machu Picchu, it is important to understand that availability depends entirely on the remaining tickets released by the authorities. For travelers who wish to guarantee a specific circuit and travel date, we strongly recommend making reservations several months in advance. This allows tickets to be secured through the official system and helps avoid the uncertainty associated with last-minute availability. We appreciate your comments, as they help future travelers better understand the booking process. Thank you for choosing our services, and we wish you the very best in your future travels. Kind regards, Sap Adventures Team

Paul is good!
At nine in the morning, under a clear sky, we started Route 3B in Machu Picchu. The sunlight made the stone walls and agricultural terraces look very marked, and the mountains in the background looked even sharper. Paul, our guide, took us calmly as he explained in a very clear way those details that at first glance look “mysterious”: pointing to the huge blocks perfectly fitted, he commented that this is an Inca technique of dry masonry, based on precise cuts and the stability that gives the weight of the stone itself. He then showed us the route of the water channels and the orientation of the terraces, explaining that Machu Picchu is not only “pretty”, but also a mountain town designed as a system that integrates drainage, agriculture and housing areas. Reaching a point with a wide view, he also taught us how to identify the main axis and orientation with respect to the mountains, and why the distribution of the place relates to the sacred mountains and the angle of sunlight. There was almost no wind or noise throughout the tour; we were listening and taking pictures, as if we were traveling and, at the same time, in an outdoor class, relaxed but full of content.
Response from the operator: ¡Muchas gracias por compartir una reseña tan detallada!

Why this scores 47
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Machu Picchu Tickets Last Minute Tour 2 Days: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Machu Picchu Tickets Last Minute Tour 2 Days cost?
+
Prices start at $450 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Machu Picchu Tickets Last Minute Tour 2 Days take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Machu Picchu Tickets Last Minute Tour 2 Days worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Machu Picchu Tickets Last Minute Tour 2 Days?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Machu Picchu Tickets Last Minute Tour 2 Days suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 7. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 48-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Machu Picchu Tickets Last Minute Tour 2 Days?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Machu Picchu Tickets Last Minute Tour 2 Days start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
