Wonderful experience

Excellent person and predisposition, I helped myself with the theme of buying tickets to the machu pichu. Accommodation and travel by train.

Pick another company.

This company messaged me 2 days before the trip telling me they couldn't honor my tickets. They instead asked me to come to Aguas Calientes on my own the day before to buy a ticket on my own and then I could join their tour. This was after it had been confirmed. For travelers knowledge this would mean coming into the town the day before by train, buying 2 hotel nights to maybe be able to buy the ticket on your own on top of paying the tour fee from the company. Then when I asked for a refund instead they said I would have to initiate it, they would not be able to do that on their end. Absolutely would not recommend.

Machu Picchu - Fascinating

The reason we went to Peru was almost 100%, Machu Picchu. Even more me, who love history. Of course, other landscapes that we saw there in Peru later made us quite rival Machu Picchu, but if it fell from almost 100%... it went to 75%, rsss It is surprising the beauty, the grandiosity of the landscape with mountains that make the afternoon sun "disappear" around 15:00, in case you are in the village of Machu Picchu, demonstrating the height of these mountains!! Now, after a row of almost 1 hour to pick up the bus that take the tourist to the archaeological site (here it is good to remember that NONE goes on foot on the bus, ok !!). And wait for about 20 minutes for the bus to "serpentear" the mountain, by twisted paths, you finally arrive. And what you see... has no words to say. See yourself in the photos of my experience. It was almost 2h30min, in a tour very well conducted by the guide Ronaldo, where various questions were answered within the high knowledge that a native descendant of the ancient INKAS people had all the competence to explain. As those several tons of stones were stopped at more than 2 kilometers high, from the valley just below. The constructions and their purposes. The agricultural methods used. And an infinity of other information that would give far more than the total of characters here to type. Really, an amazing place to meet. Whether you're a history lover or not, like me. Important information: If you are in the period I went to, which was the second quarter of July, buy your package with at least 2 months in advance!! I did mine with just over 1 month and almost couldn't get the ride!! As incredible as it may seem, for us who are Westerners and Christians in their vast majority, Machu Picchu works yes on January 1 and December 25!! Remember that these days do not have the same meaning in oriental cultures for example, where the calendar and/or religion are different from ours. Besides recommend, I still intend to go there again, for sure!! F to s c i n to n t e

Machu Picchu Full Day from Cusco : All Inclusive Experience: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.

How much does Machu Picchu Full Day from Cusco : All Inclusive Experience cost?

+

Prices start at $369 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Machu Picchu Full Day from Cusco : All Inclusive Experience take?

+

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.

Is Machu Picchu Full Day from Cusco : All Inclusive Experience worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Machu Picchu Full Day from Cusco : All Inclusive Experience?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Machu Picchu Full Day from Cusco : All Inclusive Experience suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 11. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 10-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Machu Picchu Full Day from Cusco : All Inclusive Experience?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Machu Picchu Full Day from Cusco : All Inclusive Experience start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cusco?

+

On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cusco?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cusco?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
