They took our money and never showed up. DO NOT BOOK THIS CRUISE.
SCAM! Beware! I booked this cruise for my wife and I. The host never arrived at the meeting location. When I called they kept hanging up the phone, and when I finally got through they said that I wasn't at the meeting point. Same exact experience as @sando7234. I tried to hold the charge on my credit card but ended up having to pay because of the contract (insert big F— you to Viator / Trip Advisor here.)

Took our money - but never showed up
They never showed up to pick us up. When we called, they first acted like it was their fault, they put us hold and came back and said we weren’t at the pick up point. Not true, we were there 1 hour before required time and pick up point is one dock, where we were sitting the entire time. They offered as a make up excursion for the next day but we are heading home today. It was our anniversary yesterday and they completely ruined it!!! I would give a 0 star if that was an option!!!

Sunset Sail
A wonderful adventure from start to finish. The 3 crew members took care of everyone's needs. The open bar start as we motored out of the marina, they offered many cocktails, as well as wine and beer. Then came the charcuterie board with our snack which was enough food for dinner. It was cloudy so no sunset but a beautiful evening sail in Banderas Bay.
