What you get
About this experience
During this trip you will get a chance to taste some local food in Njeguši village in an authentic restaurant "Kod Pera na Bukovicu". Get to see Lovcen mountain located in the southwestern part of the country. Cetinje is the historic capital of Montenegro. Because of its authentic architecture and a large number of historic buildings, relics, monasteries, churches and museums, this city was named "museum city". Rijeka Crnojevića is a hidden pearl of Montenegro. The visit was planned as a set of activities: one-hour boat ride, walk through the nature areas over there, and taking photos of, by the most of my tourists, most beautiful nature sight in Montenegro. There's also an option to have a lunch in the fish restaurant whose offer is based on a tasting of local fish specialties (fish soup is great;)) and of course, the inevitable Montenegrin wines made from the finest varieties of grapes from this region.

Discover a More Secluded & Spectacular Montenegro
I simply ADORED everything about this tour! Mladen is friendly, engaging, entertaining, highly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, fun to spend time with, and a GREAT driver! Our perfect day included two national parks in Montenegro, the BEST lunch we ate the entire month of our visit, a private boat ride on the spectacular and serene Lake Skadar, wine tasting, drives up narrow, winding old roads - that we NEVER would have attempted on our own - where we captured the BEST possible photos! We ended our day with the most amazing pršut in a tiny town called Njeguški, followed by a splendid sunset over the Bay of Kotor. We never would have discovered all this on our own! Spend time with Mladen to learn more about Montenegro, and enjoy the sensational scenery less visited in his glorious country. I can’t imagine a better guide to help travelers discover Montenegro! Step away from the towns where the tourists overrun the Bay of Kotor, and get out to where the peaceful beauty of Montenegro can soothe your soul and feed your spirit.

An amazing exeprience
We were cruising Croatian islands and took a full day trip to Montenegro. The owner of the agency worked with our cruise director to make the experience seamless. He gave us great flexibility in designing itinerary to suit our preferences while providing expert advice. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and spoke English. Bay of Kotor itself is gorgeous and has fascinating history. I would highly recommend a tour with Kotour Travel Agency to each and everyone

Great Tour Guide
It was so nice to have smiling Mladen meet us at the Dubrovnik bus station after a long bus ride, take over our heavy cases and drive us in his lovely Mercedes to our accommodation in Kotor. Next day we did a full day tour with Aleksandar-he was the best and we have had seven over the past month through Croatia and Slovenia. His English is really good, his knowledge of the history of the country amazing and such a lovely guy and safe driver-could not have asked for more. We were also delivered back to our accommodation in Dubrovnik by Aleksander with lovely manners, opening doors and handling our suitcases-so nice for a couple of ladies on their own- we’ll done Kotor Travel Agency!

Alex the best guide
We were on a cruise in September with friends. My girlfriends daughter decided to meet us and arranged and amazing day in this beautiful country. We were met in Kotor, then traveled to Buhkva. A beautiful small seaside town. Alex was very informative everywhere we went. We traveled to another small seaside town and had lunch. amazing. We then went to Perast , a small fishing village with loads of history. There are 2 small islands that are full of history and country traditions which we took a small boat to get to. We ended the day in Kotor and was guided through another medievel town with so much history. Alex made the day so enjoyable. We would recommend him highly.

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Luxury Full-day Montenegro tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kotor.
How much does Luxury Full-day Montenegro tour cost?
+
Prices start at $150 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kotor usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Luxury Full-day Montenegro tour take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kotor is not rushed.
Is Luxury Full-day Montenegro tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kotor, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Luxury Full-day Montenegro tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Luxury Full-day Montenegro tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Luxury Full-day Montenegro tour?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kotor can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kotor and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Luxury Full-day Montenegro tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kotor within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kotor?
+
On Outty we rank every Kotor experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Great Montenegro Tour-Lovcen NP,Mausoleum Lovcen,River of Crnojevic,Sveti Stefan, Kotor Bay Escape: Blue Cave, Beach & Swimming Time, Exclusive Blue Cave Kotor Swim, Mamula&Lady of the Rock 3 Hour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kotor?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kotor?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
