This was a great...
This was a great introduction to the Louvre! She hit all the highlights and then we had roamed alone after the tour! I highly recommend this if it’s your first time at the louvre!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the great review. We would the happy to welcome you another time with us for other tours. Best wishes

Our guide stood us up . We are still waiting for a refund. We called them and was told it was too hot after we took the metro and waited for 2 hours outside. It was warm and sunny not overly hot.

Tour Company cancelled day prior at the height of high season
We were booked for this tour on Monday, June 1. On Sunday, May 31, about 26 hours prior to our tour, I received a notification that our tour had been cancelled and we would receive a full refund. This was a tour I had booked weeks in advance. Our trips (me, daughter, granddaughter) had been planned for months. We chose different tours on different days because we were visiting London and Paris....so each day was planned carefully. The only reason given was the guide was sick. I asked maybe a backup guide. No, it is high season and no back ups. I asked if we could somehow collect our tickets (they were included in the tour) so we could at least still visit. Nope, that was again the "rules". The suggestion was to visit Louvre site to secure tickets. Well, at this late date, there were no tickets for the next day....because it is high season! We used this same group "My Super Tour" about 3 years ago and had a good experience so that is why I chose them again. We will NEVER book with this group again. We ultimately found another tour for another day but that required us to rearrange a well thought out week. Then, to make matters worse, we saw on FB at least 3-4 other people where this SAME thing happened to them.....got cancelled day prior with the "guide is ill" reason. This was right after the big soccer win in Paris and there was sooo much going on. My gut tells me this was somehow related...but just a guess. A company the size of MySuperTour should have a back up plan in the event a guide is ill.....not just cancel. And, while this was cancelled around 26 hours prior, I would bet money that if we had tried to cancel at the 24 hour (or less mark), we would have been told no way...even if we were "ill". This was now almost 2 weeks ago and it still ticks me off that this was handled this way with zero backup. So, if you book with these folks, be cautious. My solution is simple....wont use them again.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry again for the inconvenience caused by the health issue of our guide, which unfortunately led to the cancellation of your tour. We fully understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when a trip has been carefully planned in advance. At My Super Tour, we always do our best to find solutions for our guests, including offering alternative dates or other available experiences whenever possible. We do have a team of several guides; however, during the high season, our guides are often fully booked. This means that, in rare situations, the unexpected illness of one guide can unfortunately impact a scheduled tour. Regarding the Louvre tickets, we would like to clarify that we did not refuse to provide access to the tickets purchased for your tour. These are professional group entrance tickets that allow our guests to benefit from a preferential entrance without waiting in the general ticket line. However, their use is linked to the services of a licensed guide, and a separate authorization is required for guiding inside the museum. This is why the tickets could not simply be transferred for an independent visit. We can also assure you that external events, such as football celebrations or other activities happening in Paris, have absolutely no impact on our tours or our decisions. The only reason for this cancellation was the health situation of our guide. You mentioned finding several other guests with a similar experience. Over our 12 years working in this industry, we have unfortunately had a small number of situations where a guide became ill. Our guides are human, and unexpected health issues can happen. What matters to us is that we always act responsibly and do everything possible to provide the best service and support our guests when unforeseen circumstances occur. We appreciate your previous trust in My Super Tour and are sorry that this particular experience did not meet your expectations. Kind regards, The My Super Tour Team

Louvre tour
Monica was a great guide. We waited an hour to get into the Louvre due to a strike, but in the end we were able to see many highlights.
Response from the operator: Thank you for the good review. If Monica got only four stars instead of five because of the strike, we just want to underline that such events are completely out of our control and we couldn’t do anything to avoid such an inconvenience. Thank you again for your understanding. Warm regards.

Why this scores 81
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Louvre: Highlights and hidden pearls in MINI groups: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Louvre: Highlights and hidden pearls in MINI groups cost?
+
Prices start at $75 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Louvre: Highlights and hidden pearls in MINI groups take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Louvre: Highlights and hidden pearls in MINI groups worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 358 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Louvre: Highlights and hidden pearls in MINI groups?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Louvre: Highlights and hidden pearls in MINI groups suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Louvre: Highlights and hidden pearls in MINI groups?
+
Around 125 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Louvre: Highlights and hidden pearls in MINI groups start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
