False Advertising
Lies throughout this entire trip. We had Pisa on our bucket list for our Honeymoon. We thought this trip would be a great way to see Pisa and Lucca while being on a cool van with not too large a group, being able to access wifi as the description said. Wrong. In a European heatwave, there was no AC. Frederico, the guide, was very nice and he apologized about both the AC and WiFi not working. Not a great start. Everyone was frustrated being trapped in our own heat. Furthermore, that's two places the trip description was false advertising already. The group was far larger than the description, waiting on people became an anxious event. Strike three. He Group size was false. Then we get to Lucca. Have WAY too much time there and as we head toward Pisa, Frederico comes up to the few of us who opted into the leaning tower ticket, told us we'd have to run off the bus, have a 15 minute window only to enter, and by the way, we have to check our bags in because no bags are allowed up the tower or anywhere else throughout the Pisa monuments. We had an hour in Pisa, and almost didn't make the tower ticket time. We didn't have time to see everything there, and where the bus parks is a good 15 minute walk to get to the Pisa grounds where trains also come and go and you get caught waiting. The other couple and us had to RUN from the bus to the check in, and we made it with 1 minute left to the tower. And then we basically ran up the tower and ran back down. By the time it was over, we had to make the long walk back to the bus, and got caught waiting at least 5 to 10 minutes while the train road was blocked agai . You dont get an hour and a half or whatever lie is in this posting. You barely get 40 minutes due to the walk, trains and bag check. It's absurd. It's not the guides fault as he doesn't organize the tower tickets but boy does it make his job worse. Frederico was kind and informative, the driver was nice, but the logistics advertised are not legitimate. Then we sat in 100 degree trapped heat on the way back. We will not return.

The worst
The worst tour i ever went on and ive been traveling for 40 years. The meeting point was about 10 blocks away from the tower outside the city and they changed the bus and instead of her gathering the group to walk back to the bus she made us meet her back at the bus and we got lost. When we asked for directions they gave us directions the opposite way and instead of neeting us at the enterance she made me run about another 2 blocks inside the lot when my friend had me on the phone and the tour guide new i was in distress. I have heart condition and a fib and my heart was racing and i couldnt breath.

Great tour. BUS aircon needs to be stronger as it wasn't able to cool the bus properly during the hot weather

Be aware of the walk
For the most part, this tour was as expected. What they didn't tell us was that we would need to walk about 2 miles each way from the parking lot to Pisa and back. We had an older member in our group and it was a struggle in the heat (with no shade).
