Amazing tour with Maruf
I booked this Lisbon Old Town tuk-tuk tour at the last minute, and everything was organised so smoothly, including the meeting point and pickup. Maruf was wonderful - friendly, cheerful, and full of interesting historical insights. He listened to what I wanted to see, gave me time to enjoy each stop, and took amazing photos of me. I had such a lovely experience and would especially recommend booking the tour with him!

Terrible! The worst tour
Terrible! The worst tour I have ever taken. We booked through Get Your Guide. The driver was 40 minutes late in picking me up at the designated meeting point. I had to get in touch with the company to find out where he was. He apparently had the time wrong for my tour. His English was very poor and it was difficult to hear him over the rattling of the vehicle. I've seen many tuktuks in the city equipped with microphones so the driver/guide can be heard. Unfortunately, this was not one of those. I finally gave up trying to understand what he was saying. And, while I fully understand that driving in Lisbon is a challenge, there was no reason for him to speed for a few yards and then slam on the brakes constantly. Since the streets were wet from a recent rain, we skidded down most of the hills. When I looked for a seat belts, they weren't operational. After 2.5 hours, I asked him to just drop me off. I had had enough!
