Very happy we decided on this tour!

Very happy that we chose this particular tour! The guide Natalia was very professional and pleasant. She discussed points of interest as we drove to the Fado restaurant. We also stopped at a beautiful viewpoint. The car was comfortable and we enjoyed the area of the city that we drove through. The staff working in the restaurant are very welcoming and we enjoyed trying the foods. The Fado singers and musicians were amazing! This was just a wonderful experience!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was a true pleasure to share this special evening with you. I’m delighted you enjoyed the scenic drive, the viewpoint, the warm atmosphere of the restaurant, and of course the magic of Fado. Your kind words mean a lot to me. Wishing you beautiful memories of Lisbon, and you will always be most welcome back! Warm regards, Natalia

    Good tour but pricey

While we did enjoy our night and our guide was very nice, it was a lot of money to spend for a brief city tour and dinner. I will say the music was amazing and the dinner was good (and Natalia made sure to ask them to prepare a vegan dish, which I’m grateful for). I just think it could be done for far less.

Response from the operator: Dear Brittany_G, Thank you very much for your honest feedback. I’m truly happy you enjoyed the music and that the dinner worked well for you — especially the vegan option. I’m sorry to see the experience rated three stars, and I completely understand that pricing is always a personal perception. I would just like to gently clarify what is included in this private experience. The evening combines a guided panoramic tour of Lisbon with private pick-up and drop-off, followed by a full live Fado performance by top musicians — presented in four sets over approximately 2.5–3 hours. The dinner is a complete traditional menu: Portuguese starters (olives, homemade hummus, local bread, regional cheese, chouriço), a main course of choice (meat, fish, or vegetarian), dessert, water, wine, and coffee. (The vegetarian/vegan menu may differ slightly from the traditional one) I completely agree that it’s possible to organize parts of the evening independently — for example, choose a restaurant by your own and take an Uber — and it can be significantly cheaper than a private tour. What you’re paying for here is the full private experience: the planning, coordination, and professional guiding that turns a dinner and a show into a seamless cultural night, with context and storytelling that helps you understand what you’re seeing and hearing, not just move from point A to point B. I truly hope Lisbon left you with beautiful memories — and, most importantly, the sound of Fado still in your heart. Warm regards, Natalia Natalia Portugalia Tours

If you want a private guided service to a superb Fado restaurant and entertainment, we strongly recommend Natalia to guide you. She is very knowledgeable, most helpful and passionate about Lisbon .We enjoyed our time with her learning about the Lisbon culture, heritage and people.

The Soul of Lisbon — An Unforgettable Private Fado Experience

Our private Fado tour with Natalia was one of the most memorable nights of our trip. The local restaurant in Alfama was pure charm — cozy lights, the aroma of Portuguese food, and voices that gave us goosebumps. The young Fado performers were so talented and emotional that we completely forgot about time. The last part of the show ran late, but we were so glad we stayed — it turned into an unforgettable mix of surprises and heartfelt improvisations. The owners personally welcomed us, making us feel like family. Natalia was always around, quietly making sure everything ran perfectly, yet letting us enjoy the moment on our own. It was more than just a dinner — it was an exclusive, personalized experience that felt like discovering the real soul of Portugal.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much, dear Jackson, for this wonderful review! I’m truly happy you enjoyed our private Fado tour in Lisbon and the authentic Fado dinner in Alfama. It was a special night — the music, the atmosphere, and your openness to the experience made everything flow perfectly. I’m glad the late improv part of the show became such a highlight. You’re always welcome back for another Lisbon Fado experience whenever you return to Portugal!

    Amazing evening

Natalya is a very passionate and knowledgeable guide. She took us to a nice overview of the city before the show. Gave us good advice at Fama d Alfama Fado restaurant- regarding food and what to expect. We started with traditional Portuguese appetizers and wine. Beef filet was incredibly tender. There were 4 fado performances throughout the evening. Performers were amazing, including guitar players, especially Portuguese guitarist. After the show we had a nice short walk through the Alfama neighborhood. Natalya still showed us some more city sights before dropping us off at the hotel. Amazing evening and experience. Highly recommend

Response from the operator: Dear dracis, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this beautiful review! I’m so happy to know you enjoyed the evening, the Fado, the food, and our little journey through Lisbon. It was truly a pleasure spending the evening with such wonderful people—your kindness and curiosity made the experience even more special for me too. Hope to see you again in Portugal someday! Warmest wishes, Natalia Portugalia

Lisbon Guided Tour with Live Fado Show and Traditional Dinner: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.

How much does Lisbon Guided Tour with Live Fado Show and Traditional Dinner cost?

    +

Prices start at $122 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Lisbon Guided Tour with Live Fado Show and Traditional Dinner take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.

Is Lisbon Guided Tour with Live Fado Show and Traditional Dinner worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Lisbon Guided Tour with Live Fado Show and Traditional Dinner?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Lisbon Guided Tour with Live Fado Show and Traditional Dinner suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Lisbon Guided Tour with Live Fado Show and Traditional Dinner?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Lisbon Guided Tour with Live Fado Show and Traditional Dinner start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lisbon?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lisbon?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lisbon?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
