Impressive
We didn't prebook but had no problem being included on the next guided tour. Very knowledgeable guide, spoke good English , great access to lots of stadium areas , with time to get photos. Access to dressing rooms , tunnel , pitch side , press box too. You get photo taken on way in and you can purchase at end of tour if wanted. The museum is next door , huge amount of memorabilia , trophies, shirts and historic kits .Good club shop on site too.

Great addition to your visit to Lisbon
Magic! Joel’s tour was thorough which included getting up close to the mascots! While we were there one of the eagles delivered an engagement ring for a proposal at the stadium. Did not feel rushed as we watched the whole thing! Learned a lot about Lisbon, not just soccer. Highly recommend for anyone who is a fan of the beautiful game.

Overall not Great service and Value
The experience at the stadium was fine, but I book for 2nd which was accepted and then I was moved to 4th and then again to 3rd, I also needed to pay an additional transport cost for pick up which was not specified when I booked Why?
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent tour. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the necessary changes to the tour dates due to the World Youth Day event in Lisbon. We understand that this may have been disappointing for you, but we did our best to adapt to the circumstances and ensure that the tour could still go ahead. Regarding the additional transport cost for pick up, it was mentioned that being in Cascais there would be an extra cost that you agree to pay. We always strive to be transparent about any additional costs associated with our tours. We really don't understand your review...

Not a private tour
Overall, the service provided was decent, our guide was very informative and kind. While there were some positives, such as friendly staff and timely delivery, there were also some areas for improvement that held back my rating. For example, we booked this tour based on the description that this was a private tour. This was not a private tour and we were lumped in with a group tour while our guide explained everything the head guide explained for the group. It was awkward and we were rushed through. We paid almost $400 for a tour that the group tour paid a fraction for. We could have ubered over and saved ourselves a few hundred dollars. It was very misleading, and on some levels I feel scammed, particularly with regard to to the description of what we thought we were getting. Additionally, there were occasional delays or miscommunications that required additional follow-up and effort on my part, which detracted from the overall experience. In summary, I do not think this was worth the money we paid. Having someone pick us up and drive us to the stadium to be followed around in a group tour is not what we consider private. The tour guide for the group tour was annoyed that our guide was whispering to us while she was trying to to her thing. Pretty disappointing!
Response from the operator: Dear Manny, Thanks for your review. I think there is a big misunderstanding about what you booked, and for sure you won't have been scammed. It doesn't exist private tours in Benfica Stadium. So this tour is the most private one that you could have. What we provide to travelers it's a much better and complete experience that you could have by yourself in a regular tour. Since the moment you are picked up until the drop off you start this Benfica Experience. You had a guide that were you with during all the activities, giving you much more information and details that the tour guide was giving to the rest of the group. For example did the tour guide explain the meaning of Benfica symbol? I'm sure that our guide did... It’s like having a much more informative/detailed tour. We feel sorry that you were disappointed.

Lisbon Football Experience - Private stadium and Museum Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Lisbon Football Experience - Private stadium and Museum Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Lisbon Football Experience - Private stadium and Museum Tour take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Lisbon Football Experience - Private stadium and Museum Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Lisbon Football Experience - Private stadium and Museum Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Lisbon Football Experience - Private stadium and Museum Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Lisbon Football Experience - Private stadium and Museum Tour?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Lisbon Football Experience - Private stadium and Museum Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
