My driver was nice. He was already waiting for me when I arrived downstairs in the lobby. Very professional and courteous. We quickly arrived at the airport.

Bad return transfer
I booked our transfers through love Holidays as part of our booking and it was with MTS Globe. On arrival at Lisbon there was a driver waiting for us in arrivals with my name on a board. Excellent service. Coming back I received a message saying our return transfer was booked but with time of pick up to be confirmed 24hrs before departure and an email would be sent to the hotel to confirm as well. Neither was received I tried to ring all numbers provided to no avail and even the hotel receptionist tried as well. Number unavailable. In the end we just booked a taxi to the airport as had no confirmation from MTS globe. Very disappointed
Response from the operator: Dear Mrs Acres, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulties confirming your departure transfer. As part of our standard procedure, the confirmed pick-up time is sent to the hotel reception normally 24 hours before departure. We are sorry to learn that reception did not receive our confirmation. We also understand that you were unable to reach us by phone. Please make sure you call our 24/7 transfer number. However, please note that the transfer details are also available on our Customer Journey App, which provides you with confirmations and updates 24 hours in advance for your convenience. We value your comments and are available for any further assistance you may require.

Lisbon, Portugal rideshare very reasonable priced
Ride was confirmed for 9:15am pickup. Driver arrived at 9 :04am. Driver pointed out some things along the route and tried communicating as best as he could which is very helpful. Will use timeshare again. Prices are very reasonable.

Save your peace and don't
I was never picked up after sending the MTS company two emails with two individuals from the company acknowledgement and stating that my pick up was confirmed. The night before sent another reminder, again told it was going to happen. The day of my transfer noone picked me up or contacted me, the phone numbers given were not answered even the emergency number!! I had the hotel staff assist me and even they were troubled to the lack of response. I had to go and get a taxi and even after two hours not one response. I would never recommend this company who at this point never cared for taking care of transportation to the airport. I even sent all the documents via email asking what happened and again nothing.

Never use this shuttle service!!!
Never use this shuttle service! I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with MTS Global, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal. I booked a round-trip shared shuttle service from Lisbon, Portugal airport to my hotel. The troubles began upon our arrival. Our plane encountered delays due to airport logistics, causing a domino effect on the subsequent processes. After finally reaching the designated area for the shuttle, there was no sign of the driver. When we inquired with a representative from MTS Global, we were shocked to be labeled as a "no show" because the driver had allegedly waited for over an hour. This was far from the truth. Our plane was delayed, and we went through a lengthy process of deboarding, transportation, luggage retrieval, and security checks. Despite explaining our situation, the representative was unhelpful and even refused to contact the company on our behalf. Stranded without phone reception, we had no choice but to take a taxi to our hotel. The lack of professionalism and understanding exhibited by MTS Global is truly disheartening. A reliable shuttle service should account for unforeseen circumstances, especially when dealing with airport transportation. In summary, my experience with MTS Global was marred by poor customer service, false accusations, and an overall lack of reliability. I strongly advise against using this company for your transportation needs. There are undoubtedly more trustworthy options available in Lisbon.

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Lisbon Airport Shared Departure Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Lisbon Airport Shared Departure Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $11 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Lisbon Airport Shared Departure Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Lisbon Airport Shared Departure Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 134 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Lisbon Airport Shared Departure Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Lisbon Airport Shared Departure Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Lisbon Airport Shared Departure Transfer?
+
Around 47 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Lisbon Airport Shared Departure Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
