Best boat trip!
This boat tour was incredible! it made my holiday! the staff were so friendly, there was plenty of space on the boat, there were cold drinks and snacks on the boat available to buy and EVERY SINGLE STOP was breathtakingly beautiful, the water was so clear. And Lindos itself was stunning!! the classic white building and pink flowers, pinterest worthy!!! I cannot believe how much I paid because I got much more value for money!! You won’t ever regret choosing this boat trip!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this glowing review. It is genuinely heartwarming to know that your time with us became such a highlight of your holiday. The crew works hard to create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere, so your kind words about their friendliness mean a great deal —we will make sure they hear your appreciation. We are truly grateful for your enthusiastic recommendation and for taking the time to share your experience. Knowing that you felt the tour exceeded your expectations in so many ways is the best reward we could ask for. It would be our absolute pleasure to have you on board again should you ever return to the area.

Good way to see Lindos -...
Good way to see Lindos - weather was a bit cool for the swimming portion - would have been nice to have offered an on site guide.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the opportunity to visit Lindos and appreciate your comments. We’re sorry the weather wasn’t ideal for swimming during your visit — late October can sometimes bring cooler or cloudier days, even though temperatures often remain pleasant. As mentioned in the tour description, this is a non-guided trip designed for guests who prefer to explore Lindos at their own pace, but we completely understand that some travellers might prefer a guided option. For future visits, our bus tours, with or without guide, may be a great alternative. We hope you still enjoyed discovering Lindos and would love to welcome you on another experience when you’re next in the area!

Fantastic boat trip. Spotless with totally professnal staff
There are multiple operators who offer this trip so we asked our hotel concierge who they recommend and they said these guys. The hotel organized it for us and we were provided with a voucher and pick up instructions. We were staying at the Atrium Platinum and the bus stop is a few meters from the hotel. The bus into Rhodes was immaculate and there wasn't too many pick ups en route. Once there, you're greeted by a rep who directs you to your particular boat. We were on board the Triton. I'm fortunate to have done a few boat trips over the years and I have never been on board one that was cleaner, better staffed or on which the drinks and snacks were so reasonable. The trip takes 2.5hrs with a swimming stop each way. We were a bit unfortunate that it wasn't exactly scorching hot, however I'm sure on a roasting hot day this would be a welcome stop. Anthony Quinn bay on the way to Lindos is stunning, we felt the stop on the way back was less special..but again that might well have been because it was a bit dull. Lindos is pretty but be warned, even in October it was extremely busy. We went to the Acropolis via the walking route which winds through the narrow streets full of shops and cafes. I found the sensation a bit like that of leaving a sporting event or big concert...throngs of people almost pushing you along. Difficult to stop without feeling like a total pain to others! The Acropolis itself is worth a visit and the views are beautiful, however if you've watched YouTube or Tictoc be aware that the perfect photo is difficult...there are people everywhere. There are a few signs to explain what you are looking at but if you really want to appreciate the Acropolis, I'd suggest a guided tour is the way to do it. There are no ear buds or models of how things would have looked so it's quite difficult to take in whilst negotiating the crowds and trying not to be a pain to others. The walking is tricky underfoot. I would suggest giving this a miss if you have mobility issues. Likewise, the walk up is fairly steep and there are no safety rails for the walk back down, so if you are not good with heights...like my husband...be warned. We came back via the donkey route which, whilst a bit slippy so you need to take care, has no drop offs and is a much better option if you don't like heights. If we were to go back we would instead visit St Paul's bay instead..it looks absolutely beautiful ❤️ We ran out of time. The beach at Lindos is gorgeous, especially if you've been staying near Ixia with all its shingle. There are lovely places to eat, drink and watch the world go by All in all I would highly recommend this trip..the boat is great, the crew are great. If you really want to enjoy the town and the Acropolis, it might be best to hire a car and get there before all the boat trips descend. We had a great day.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your glowing 5-star review and for sharing such a detailed account of your day — we're thrilled to hear you had a great experience! We’re very pleased that the transfer was smooth and comfortable, and that everything ran seamlessly from your hotel to the port. We're also happy to hear such wonderful feedback about the Triton and its crew. While the boat itself is operated by one of our trusted partners, we work closely with them to ensure our guests enjoy the highest standards — so it's fantastic to know this came through in your experience. Lindos is certainly a beautiful place, but as you pointed out, it can be quite busy even in the shoulder season. If you decide to return, we’d love to welcome you on our Lindos by Night bus tour — a great way to explore the village in a more relaxed setting, when the crowds have eased and the village takes on a different kind of charm. Thank you again for choosing us and for the lovely recommendation. We hope to welcome you back on another adventure soon!

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Lindos Day Cruise from Rhodes Town with Swimming stops and Hotel Transfers: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rhodes.
How much does Lindos Day Cruise from Rhodes Town with Swimming stops and Hotel Transfers cost?
+
Prices start at $1 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Lindos Day Cruise from Rhodes Town with Swimming stops and Hotel Transfers take?
+
Plan for about 8.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.
Is Lindos Day Cruise from Rhodes Town with Swimming stops and Hotel Transfers worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 72 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Lindos Day Cruise from Rhodes Town with Swimming stops and Hotel Transfers?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Lindos Day Cruise from Rhodes Town with Swimming stops and Hotel Transfers suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Lindos Day Cruise from Rhodes Town with Swimming stops and Hotel Transfers?
+
Around 25 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 8.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Lindos Day Cruise from Rhodes Town with Swimming stops and Hotel Transfers start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rhodes within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rhodes?
+
On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rhodes?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rhodes?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
