We have worked with group sizes from as small as 1 to as large as 300. During the class, participants are guided through a series of questions, probing further and further into the subject. Each participant builds their own 3D Lego model in response to the facilitator’s questions. These models then serve as a platform for problem solving, group discussion and decision making, guiding participants into honest exchanges and opinions. Workshop participants leave with skills to communicate more effectively, to engage their imaginations, and to approach the path they want to pursue with increased confidence, commitment and insight.
