A fantastic trip off the strip!

A fantastic excursion from the hotel pick up / drop off & great food thanks to Alan, to the ride out with Gecko, the gorgeous horses and very cute dogs. Then having a cuddle with the goats topped off the experience 😃 We’ve been on a few ‘horse ride’ trips in previous years, some of which were dodgy to say the least but this one was great in every way.. don’t hesitate to book!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Alan will be thrilled to know you enjoyed the hotel pickup, drop-off, and the food, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words on to Gecko as well. It's great to hear that you loved the horses, our dogs, and of course the goats—they certainly know how to win hearts! 😊 We're especially grateful for your comparison with other riding experiences and are honored that we stood out in every way. Thank you for recommending us, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure the next time you're in Las Vegas!

    Great communication...

Great communication before hand. Sunset ride was beautiful and meal was delicious. I had a great ride to the half way point. Unfortunately at the half way point things got disorganized, my partner was first and I was second but other riders got between us, there was no line initially and another rider who didn’t properly follow instructions on controlling their horse charged mine. I ended up at the very back while my partner was in front which was kind of lonely and disappointing for it being the sunset portion of the ride. I wish they would have helped me get back to my partner and kept us in order. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the sunset ride, the meal, and the communication beforehand. We sincerely apologize for the disorganization at the halfway point and understand how disappointing it must have been to get separated from your partner during such a special part of the experience. Safety and rider coordination are very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll be addressing this with our team to help ensure riders are better organized and assisted in situations like this moving forward. Thank you again for riding with us, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback.

    Fantastic trip

Great trip with Denny who picked you up, and made breakfast whilst you go on your ride. Denny was very informative during the ride to the ranch so you knew what to expect. The ride itself was at a walking pace which for my non horse riding husband was perfect. This meant we could enjoy the trip together. The staff at the ranch were very friendly and took photos on our own phones during the ride. Good laugh learning about lasooing before we headed home

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear you both enjoyed the experience. Denny will be thrilled to know his breakfast and informative ride to the ranch helped make the day extra special. We love making first-time riders feel comfortable, so it’s great to hear the relaxed pace was perfect for your husband and allowed you both to enjoy the ride together. We’re also glad you enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the ranch, the photos, and of course the lasso lessons — they’re always good for a laugh! Thank you again for choosing to ride with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon!

Las Vegas Horseback Ride with Meal: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Las Vegas.

How much does Las Vegas Horseback Ride with Meal cost?

    +

Prices start at $130 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Las Vegas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Las Vegas Horseback Ride with Meal take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Las Vegas is not rushed.

Is Las Vegas Horseback Ride with Meal worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 87 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Las Vegas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Las Vegas Horseback Ride with Meal?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Las Vegas Horseback Ride with Meal suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Las Vegas Horseback Ride with Meal?

    +

Around 30 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Las Vegas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Las Vegas and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Las Vegas Horseback Ride with Meal start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Las Vegas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Las Vegas?

    +

Las Vegas sells two trips at once: the Strip after dark, and the red-rock desert that starts twenty minutes past the last casino. Helicopter runs to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam half-days and Red Rock Canyon drives all leave early, while show tickets, speakeasy crawls and high-roller dining fill the evening. Outty Ranking weighs operator reliability heavily here, because the gap between a well-run desert tour and a coach-and-queue version is enormous. On Outty we rank every Las Vegas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group: Valley of Fire Half Day Tour from Las Vegas, Small Group Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, 7 Magic Mountains VIP Tour, Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam Stop, Breakfast, Lunch & Skywalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Las Vegas?

    +

October to April. Summer highs above 105F make midday outdoor tours punishing. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Las Vegas?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
