Hello, There are three things I'd like to highlight. Firstly, I appreciate Mr. Ahmed Arafa for his nice driving skills, behaviour, and communication. Secondly, my complaint about your customer service, who shared a link with me for payment that took 104 CAD for booking while the actual price is 99 CAD. Thirdly, a recommendation about the visiting time. I do recommend increasing the visiting time for Lake Louise and Banff city. Thank you

An Amazing Banff Tour — Highly Recommended
We booked a guided tour in Banff a few days ago, and our guide was Layse. She took us to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Johnston Canyon, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Layse was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. Even though we had booked the tour in English, she made the extra effort to communicate with us in Spanish as well, which meant a lot to us. My parents-in-law don’t speak English, so thanks to her they felt much more included and connected throughout the day. For anyone thinking about booking this guide service, don’t hesitate for a second. Layse shared so many interesting details about Banff, not only about the National Park itself, but also its history, the surrounding mountains, and the wildlife in the area. We were also lucky enough to see a black bear, which was the perfect finishing touch to an already amazing day. A big thank you to Layse for making our visit so special. We wish her all the very best for the future.

Beautiful views
Layse was an excellent guide and really made the day a lot of fun. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly enjoys the mountains and the scenery. This was my first time to the area and was a perfect way to spent the day. I will certainly be back.
