Sold tickets during days and museum was closed
They were selling tickets to the museum for dates that the museum was closed. The instructions said to pick up a paper voucher but it wasn't true and cost me extra time, only to find out that the museum wasn't even open anyway

Beautiful Painting!
Great .. just needed more time ..museum closed at 4:00 pm today because of the holiday. We ate dinner at the Artesse which was the Czartoryski home .
Response from the operator: Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear that your visit was enjoyable, though we understand that the timing was a bit tight with the museum closing early for the holiday. It’s great that you had a chance to enjoy dinner at the Artesse, a historic and beautiful location! It’s great to hear that our efforts and your opinions had a great impact on your tour. We are not happy with the...
We are not happy with the service provided by Discover Krakow. We rang them up to find out which was the nearest collection point to where we were. When we got there we were told that they had run out of 1 day city cards. They call another venue but their computers were down. So I called again Discover Cracow and after a long time holding the line, we were told to go to another point of collection in 30 minutes so they could deliver the cards. We finally got the City cards at nearly Midday. We were under the impression that having this pass meant free entry and queue jumping. However, at Schindler's museum we had to queue for an hour under the baking sun.
Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing Discover Cracow. We are very sorry that our services did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the situation and we will do everything to prevent such situations from occurring in the future. Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us, it is very important to us.

Great museum and exhibition
I spent a very enjoyable couple of hours here, on a Saturday afternoon. The exhibits include artefacts from the royal family, as well as ancient Greek sculptures. Included in the paintings are the Rembrandt and Da Vinci. As mentioned by others, I would recommend getting the audio guide.
Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing Disocver Cracow! We are very happy that you liked the whole exhibition. In addition to Polish history, you will also find exhibits from around the world. I hope you will choose Discover Cracow again!

A fine Museum of History and Art not just for art lovers.
This is much more than an art gallery. It is a history museum with fine exhibits, including Egyptian artefacts and many stunning exhibits dating back centuries. The museum itself is in a fine building with great facilities, including facilities for those with disabilities/mobility issues. Well worth a two-hour visit. I would highly recommend it. You don’t need to be a lover of art to enjoy a visit to this museum. Would strongly suggest that you pay the PLN 10 extra for the audio guide in English. It is of excellent quality and you will be lost without it. Photography is permitted (without flash).
Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing Discover Cracow! The Czartoryski Museum is certainly unique and must be visited when visiting Krakow. We are glad that we could show you this place and you are satisfied. I hope you will choose Discover Cracow again!

Why this scores 68
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Lady with an Ermine: Czartoryski Museum - Entrance with CityPass: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.
How much does Lady with an Ermine: Czartoryski Museum - Entrance with CityPass cost?
+
Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Lady with an Ermine: Czartoryski Museum - Entrance with CityPass take?
+
Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.
Is Lady with an Ermine: Czartoryski Museum - Entrance with CityPass worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 61 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Lady with an Ermine: Czartoryski Museum - Entrance with CityPass?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Lady with an Ermine: Czartoryski Museum - Entrance with CityPass suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Lady with an Ermine: Czartoryski Museum - Entrance with CityPass?
+
Around 21 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Lady with an Ermine: Czartoryski Museum - Entrance with CityPass start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Krakow?
+
On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Krakow?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Krakow?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
