Great Value, Reliable
Lumi, the tour leader, was great and kept track of is as best anyone can on an “explore on your own” type of tour. But you must pay attention to instructions and ask questions if you don’t fully understand where to meet back up for the return trip. We had the galleria option, and so we followed her until the time to go into the galleria when she got us our tickets and left us to enter and enjoy that and the rest of the day on our own. Also, there is lot of ground to cover and the cobblestones are challenging for some.

Florence is VERY crowded!
We did this rather than the option from Princess. The excursion is as listed. Large bus that takes 2 hours from port to Florence. You then go into the city and can do it on your own or follow the guide through the sites. We chose to follow the guide for a bit and it was interesting but too fast paced for us. We like to explore a city slowly and go in the shops and experience the good. The city is SO crowded!! We also added on to see the statue of David. The gallery is VERY crowded and you need to get there early to stand in your reserved line. The guide gave us a map on the bus and told us about the important sites. We found navigating with the map challenging and challenging need us using Google Maps to get around. We just did Florence so our bus dropped us off and we got on the same one back so we could leave items on. No bathroom on the bus and again it’s a long ride. Doing a cruise and seeing some beautiful small costal towns, Florence was just not a favorite for me. The guide was very nice and gave us a good restaurant recommendation. It’s a long day and definitely not my favorite of the cruise destinations. If you like big group tours and busy cities with lots to see then you will enjoy this.

Terrible Experience!
Too much time in Florence & Piza unless going to museums; so waste of an hour in Florence & waste of 50 minutes time in Piza! Told to leave bag on bus, but different bus picked up in Piza. That being said, they told me the other bus would leave bag @ terminal for pick up, & @ terminal was told it was sent to ship. It was not, & we lost to expensive brand new umbrellas. We want a full refund!!!!

Stay Away From this tour Company!
We purchased this tour to travel to Florence to see the statute of David. The addmission ticket was part of the tour. The tour employee walked us to the museum and was unable to provide the necessary tickets to enter. We were told we could ask for a refund and the employee left us in the street. Poorly run organization!
