Not fully as described.
So while I loved being on a boat in the Mediteranean, swimming in the sea and watching the sunset on the water, the rest of the experience was just ok. The boat was pretty old, there were no safety instructions (and one person from our group had told the crew that she didn't swim), no letting us know where lifejackets were, or offering of those to patrons who didn't swim. There was little commentary on where we were visiting. The food was fine, but didn't match the description, as there was no meat offered. They didn't offer drinks until 1.5 hours after being underway, so that was a bit misleading since the description said 'unlimited drinks'. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but thought it was expensive for what you got.
Response from the operator: Salve, ma davvero lei si aspetta istruzioni di sicurezza per una barca che naviga a 30 metri dalla costa? la barca e' d epoca non vecchia, ma bisogna capire la differenza, chi viene dalla città e non ha mai visto il mare posso capirlo, siamo pieni di giubbotti di salvataggio, ma si danno solo su richiesta, basta chiederli.
