Sung Sot Cave
This is the largest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. After about 200 steps under forest canopy, the entrance of the cave shows up. A paradise of appear in front of you. You will discover the cave in about 45 minutes before getting back to the cruise (For other tourists whom can’t walk much, you can stay on cruise, chilling out on the sundeck).

GREAT WAY TO SPEND A DAY
I come from 30 years experience in hotel & aviation management, so tend to observe service standards with a critical eye. I can only report on the service I received on this particular day. Everything ran very smoothly perhaps because of Duc the cruise manager & tour guide. Also February is not peak season so the vessel wasn't full booked. The vessel was quite modern, clean & well maintained. The luncheon buffet was substantial with great variety of dishes. Nobody went hungry that's for sure. Wait staff were both friendly & efficient. At each shore visit Duc went along to take care of guest needs, but I suspect also to keep us on schedule, which he did. This is not the best time visibility wise for Northern Vietnam as it is late winter/early spring. With overcast conditions the colours are muted but we still had a wonderful day.
