What you'll see and do
Kula Wild Adventure Park
Enjoy a leisurely 1, 2 or even 3 hour wander through the forest (Park closes at 4:30 pm). You’ll get a photo op with Fiji’s iguanas and other friendly residents. Visit the Land & Sea building. Here you’ll see displays of shells, butterflies, beetles & stick insects plus fresh water displays and the biggest coral reef displays in Fiji. Visit the outdoor reef pool and help keepers feed the Hawks Bill sea turtles. Then wander the forest via the wooden walkways that lead you to and through our spectacular exhibits of Fiji’s wildlife. You’ll cross bridges, climb the steps up the valley walls and arrive in the forest canopy. Here you’ll find both medicinal and traditional use displays for lots of the shrubs, trees and plants that abound. Stop by the Hawksbill Cafe or the Splash Cafe and enjoy a snack, cool drink or even an ice cold beer or glass of wine.

I felt it a SCAM for tourists
Me and my friends went there , thinking to spend half a day there , we drove for 1 hour to get there , we had to discuss the price cause we are working locally and they played hard ball to get a locals discount , we end of paying 50 dollars and it was to much for the amount of services they have . They have a couple of animals in cages and you can walk around the facility in about 10 minutes and you are done. It was very disappointing and i DO NOT recommend it. Feel like it´s a scam . If you have to pay the normal price will be horrible. You be better staying at the hotel for sure or just go to the beach at Natadola , at least there the money you pay you can get it back on food and drinks ;)

Interesting but lacking
We took our daughters for a visit of the Eco park, as we were staying at the Outrigger it was a simple walk less than 500m away from our resort. We have always enjoyed going to wildlife parks and exhibits and were keen to see some animals that we perhaps hadn't had a chance to see up close before. The Park itself is quite nice, very lush and leafy greenery all around which helps as on particular hot days with a clear sky and the sun high there was no shortage of shade to help keep us cool. The first thing once we entered was a photo opportunity with some snakes and some iguanas, our daughters both enjoyed being able to hold the iguana in their hands after they were properly sanitised by the staff. We were unfortunate in our timing as the turtle pool was closed for maintenance, so we didn't get the privilege of being able to see nor feed any of the hawksbill turtles. We moved through to the coral reef exhibit and it was nice but probably could have had a few other species of fish in the tanks, only appeared to be at most 3 different species amongst the 4 different display tanks. The majority of the bird aviaries all just seemed to have one or two of the same type of parrot inside them but other exhibits had bats, a couple of different iguana types but that was about it. The number and especially the variety of animals in the displays was just very limited. It was a nice walk, the elevated bushwalk with all the information placards for the various flora found around the area was quite nice but overall it just ended up being an expensive walk among Fiji forestry. We were done in under 2 hours and that was being slow and stopping to take photo's.

I didn’t find the Kula Park website helpful. It didn’t list prices, and when I googled lots of places, it seemed that I needed to “pre-purchase” tickets through a third party, which I did through Trip Advisor. When we got there, I saw that didnt need to, could actually buy at the entrance. Three staff were on in the entry area/reception, they were very disorganised, both when we were entering, and when we purchased a souvenir from the shop when leaving. Inside staff lovely, and helpful. Being able to hold and touch animals (Iguana and snake) without extra “experience costs” very cool. Wish we could have planned better beforehand, so could see costs for different activities clearly. As inside the park looked different to what had seen on lots of different websites. Lots of birds, aquarium and baby turtles. Discovered as we were leaving that there was a mongoose in a cage right at the back past the waterslide, but we had to leave, so missed out on seeing it. Would have been good if better signposts, or maps, or downloadable maps for phone or something, so could have known that there was another animal way back in corner, as person we were talking to said that you wouldn’t go there unless you were going up the waterslide - so don’t know if that’s correct, as we didn’t go that area. We would go again in a few years, but wouldn’t hurry back.

Nice but overpriced
It's a pleasant way to spend an hour or two, but very overpriced. Putting the same parrot across 5 separate cages is not much of an aviary. I did appreciate the information on all the plants on the 'bush walk' section, but still not worth the price.

Entertaining but overpriced
We enjoyed the wandering around the park and its exhibits for about an hour and the sea turtle feeding was a highlight. It was good, just overpriced. I don’t think the zip line or water slide would be worth the price either
