Challenging walk but well worth the effort but book tickets on-lineets on-line
Zlatko (Goldie) was a careful driver, very polite, jovial character who made us feel at ease. Very knowledgeable of Croatian history. His English was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. We knew we had to purchase tickets to enter Krka Park but our Travel Agent, Trailfinders, failed to advise us to buy them on-line thus avoiding a gueueing time of over 20 minutes. Many slopes and uneven steps so rather challenging for people with mobility and balance issues. However, there was a trail marked for wheelchair/prams. I would not like to go in July-August as we considered it very busy. However, definitely well worth the visit. Unfortunately we did not have time to do a boat trip.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your detailed review! We are really happy to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your day at Krka National Park and that Zlatko made you feel comfortable and well taken care of. He is a great driver with a lot of knowledge, and we are glad his personality added to your experience. Thank you as well for sharing your feedback about the tickets and the walking conditions in the park, it will surely be helpful for future guests planning their visit. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again in the future!

Our private driver Nenad was perfect for our trip from Dubrovnik to Krka National Park and Ston!
This trip was amazing. Nenad was a great driver and overall wonderful person. We were staying in Dubrovnik and didn’t want to rent a car but realllly wanted to see one of the national parks. This was a great option - we Got to relax in a nice Mercedes Van for the drive, which is beautiful, and not worry about directions and getting around. Nedad took great care of us, walking with us to the ticket booths, being there when we were finished and ready to go. Krka national park was beautiful - the waterfalls and pools of water were stunning and had plenty of time to truly enjoy the scenery and get lunch. We stopped at Ston which has the 2nd longest wall in the world after China and got to walk that and have a great view of the town below. And after that it was great to relax and not have to worry about the drive home! What a treat!
Response from the operator: Dear Rosie, We are so happy to hear that you've enjoyed the tour and our staff! We do our best to take care of our guests, and seeing reviews like these helps u stay on our path. Best wishes from Dubrovnik from the Adria Luxury Travel Team!

Brilliant
Excellent trip with Nenad to the Krka national park from Dubrovnik. Nenad looked after us for the day. Showing us exactly where we needed to be and seeing us onto the boat to the park. We would highly recommend this company for a private excursion. We thoroughly enjoyed the day 😀. Thanks again Nenad from Sue and Martin from England

It is a 3 1/2 hour drive from Dubrovnik to Krka National Park, through Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once there, you ride a boat across the waterway into the park area, debark and then walk the trails to see myriades of waterfalls. We were there during a massive heat wave and, since it had not rained in a very long time, the decrease in the water levels was quite evident, but still spectacular. I recommend bringing a bathing suit because you can swim in many parts of the park where the waterfalls are. It was very crowded June, July and August are always that way, they told us, with thousands of people/families. Lots of steps may be a challenge for some folks, so just keep that in mind. We left Dubrovnik at 7am with a very nice driver in a luxury vehicle, and then we were in the care of a private guide all through the park for about 3 hours, including a stop at the end for lunch. We arrived back in Dubrovnik around 6pm. I think it was a great day out.

How much does Krka National Park - Private Excursion from Dubrovnik with Mercedes Vehicle cost?

+

Is Krka National Park - Private Excursion from Dubrovnik with Mercedes Vehicle suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Krka National Park - Private Excursion from Dubrovnik with Mercedes Vehicle?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
