Cancelled right before our tour
Sadly we never made it on the tour as they cancelled the evening before our trip. We had to beg GetYourGuide for a refund and crowntours took no responsibility for the inconvenience. Because they cancelled our tour so late we were not able to book anything else and therefore never made it to Auschwitz. It was the only reason we came to krakow and therefore we were very disappointed and sad. They even sent us all the info about meeting location and what to bring right before they cancelled it….

Cancelled last minute
Crown Tours cancelled our tour at the very last minute and did not offer any alternative solution. As it was our final day in Kraków, we had no opportunity to book another tour. The cancellation came so late that all other tour operators were already fully booked. When we contacted customer service, they showed very little understanding of the situation and essentially told us that it was our problem. This was especially disappointing since the main reason we came to Kraków was to take this tour. Overall, a very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend booking with Crown Tours.
