    Good guide Christoph

Very interesting. Same guide for Schlinders factory. A lot of walking to bear in mind of 5 hours. Schlinders factory is just the actual factory with a Krakow museum, not the inside of factory as it was

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your impressions of the tour 💙 We’re very glad to hear that Christoph guided you through the Jewish Quarter, the former Ghetto, and Schindler’s Factory with clarity and insight — having the same guide throughout truly helps create a consistent and engaging narrative on such a historical route. You’re absolutely right to highlight the amount of walking involved over the 5-hour experience; these neighbourhoods are rich in history, and exploring them on foot is the best way to understand how the past and present come together — but it can certainly be a long day. And your clarification about Schindler’s Factory is spot on: today it functions as a modern museum about Nazi-occupied Kraków, rather than a preserved industrial setting. With Hello Cracow, you can always expect: ✅ Knowledgeable guides like Christoph who bring complex history to life ✅ Clear organisation throughout multi-part tours ✅ Honest, accurate explanations of what each site offers ✅ A respectful and educational approach to Kraków’s Jewish heritage ✅ Friendly support throughout the entire experience Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback — we’re delighted the tour was meaningful and informative for you. #HelloCracow #JewishQuarterTour #SchindlersFactory #KrakowHistory #EducationalExperience #RespectfulTravel #KnowledgeableGuides #SeamlessExperience #ClearCommunication #CustomerServiceExcellence #CulturalHeritage #KrakowGhetto #Kazimierz #EmotionalJourney #ReflectiveTravel #VisitCracow #ExploreKrakow #CracowTours #TopService #HighlyRecommended #TravelWithRespect #HistoricKrakow #GuidedToursKrakow #EducationalTravel

    Great tour

We went on a guided tour via electric buggy around old town krakow, the Jewish quarter and the ghetto, also going to see schindlers factory. Our tour guide Phillip was great and full of knowledge, the speaker was nice and loud so it was very clear to hear and they also provide blankets to keep you warm. It was so easy to see everything in the space of a couple of hours rather than trying to walk everywhere and taking up a full day. Would 100% recommend this company, very efficient.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊 We are delighted to hear that your tour of Kraków’s Jewish Quarter, Schindler’s Factory, and the Jewish Ghetto with Hello Cracow was both informative and comfortable. It’s fantastic to know that Phillip’s knowledge and the clarity of the speaker system made the tour engaging and easy to follow. We believe that exploring the city by electric buggy is a great way to see all the key sights efficiently while providing comfort with warm blankets and a smooth ride. At Hello Cracow, we are committed to: ✅ Offering knowledgeable and passionate guides who share history with respect ✅ Providing a comfortable and convenient touring experience with electric buggies ✅ Delivering clear and effective communication throughout the tour ✅ Ensuring our guests can explore Kraków efficiently while enjoying every moment Your 100% recommendation means so much to us! 💙 If you or your friends return to Kraków, we would love to welcome you again. Krakow: Private Jewish Quarter, Ghetto & Schindler Museum: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.

How much does Krakow: Private Jewish Quarter, Ghetto & Schindler Museum cost?

    +

Prices start at $286 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Krakow: Private Jewish Quarter, Ghetto & Schindler Museum take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.

Is Krakow: Private Jewish Quarter, Ghetto & Schindler Museum worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Krakow: Private Jewish Quarter, Ghetto & Schindler Museum?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Krakow: Private Jewish Quarter, Ghetto & Schindler Museum suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Krakow: Private Jewish Quarter, Ghetto & Schindler Museum?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Krakow: Private Jewish Quarter, Ghetto & Schindler Museum start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Krakow?

    +

On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Krakow?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Krakow?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
