Great tour guide - he said to call him Dan as easier to pronounce than his Polish name. Great tour guide, so knowledgeable. Kept us updated as to pick up. Great tour and recommended a lovely Restaurant to eat at afterwards. Highly recommended 10/10

Waste of Time and Money - Dont Book This Experience
The guide spent the whole time on her phone whilst driving for the entire 2 hours! Snapchat, WhatsApp, Text Message, Voice Notes and Calls. Totally unprofessional and extremely dangerous on numerous occasions. We were bizarrely asked if we wanted to finish the tour early, which would have resulted in 1/3 of the tour not being complete. Honestly, we felt like an inconvenience, as if our tour guide had been given the last shift of the day and she just wanted to go home. As a private tour I would have expected the opposite. A personal touch, a nice explanation about the city and its history. Instead we were given some crude audio recordings and not much else. Total waste of money. Dont do it. As someone who uses Viator for a lot of bookings, my experience was vastly different to what the others have reviewed. I would expect Viator/Tour Operator to contact me to discuss in more detail as it was appalling for £130.
