Good trip
Our driver was lovely, courteous and polite. And also very flexible regarding timing because it was a private trip. But note this is not advertised as a ‘guided tour’ so we assume that was why there was no commentary or information provided by the driver about the journey or places we visited.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your thoughtful review. We’re pleased to hear that your driver was courteous, polite, and flexible with the timing of your private trip. Providing a comfortable and accommodating service is very important to us. This experience is offered as a private transfer service rather than a guided tour, which is why commentary is not included. We appreciate you highlighting this, as it may help other guests better understand the nature of the service. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to assist you with another journey in the future. Best Regards, Oh-Hoo Team

Taxi service
Basically this tour was a taxi service to the 3 tourist sites. Driver did not speak English we could communicate with him or receive any information when dropped off at each location. All he did was point us in the direction we had to walk.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely regret that the experience did not meet your expectations and that the tour felt more like a transfer service than a guided experience. We understand how disappointing it can be not to receive explanations or clear communication at each location. Please accept our apologies that the driver was unable to communicate in English and that this limited the information provided during the visits. Your feedback is very important to us and will be shared with our team as we review how we present and staff this tour, ensuring that future guests have a clearer understanding of what to expect. Thank you again for your honest comments. We truly value your feedback and will use it to help improve our services going forward. Best Regards, Oh-Hoo Team

+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. +

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Krabi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Krabi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
