Overall good but could do better with equipment sizing
I had one lesson with cuatro vientos. I knew I won’t be able to ride after just one class but my intent was to get a general feel for the sport and see how my body feels after an injury. Can’t speak to the booking process itself as I had another provider help me organize this class (Wind Pirates, they were super helpful). Sebastian was my instructor, we communicated in English, which is not native language for either, there were few misunderstandings but generally he was able to explain the theory well and we could understand each other. My kite kept falling, and he was very helpful getting it out of the water (I felt like that was happening for most of the class). I was also very nervous and got frustrated a few times, he was very patient and understanding. Ah, and he also gave me someone else’s sunglasses so I don’t lose mine. Thank you, Sebastian. There are a few important things that I believe could’ve made it a much better experience: - I was given 10m kite which now, based on my research, I know was a little big for me. I am 5’7’’ (~170cm) but relatively light, ~125lbs (56-57kg). Big kite ended up pulling me with too much force making controlling it harder — for most of the time I couldn’t really stand in the water without my instructor pulling me. - Harness was a bit big and kept sliding on me making it very uncomfortable. After one particular wind gust, it rode so high up, it squeezed my groin area really bad — we had to pause and I had to undo the leg straps which then led to my bust being squeezed for the remainder of the class. Either way, it hurt and made the experience uncomfortable. I also learned now that sliding harness changes your center of gravity which, again, makes it more difficult to control the kite I guess. Overall - good first time experience, class provided me with good general understanding of kitesurfing (complete zero knowledge before the class) but I think because of the above two things (which could’ve been addressed if I had more classes), I walked away questioning my abilities and a little disappointed with myself. And sore where I shouldn’t be for days after. Taking away one star for the equipment sizing. One thing I’m mixed about - upon arrival they told me they didn’t have another student (was supposed to be a semi-private class with 2 students) and they can only offer me 1hr 40min instead of full 2 hours. I’m not sure what the other option was but I thought it was strange and I told them it’s not my fault and I want my 2 hours and if I get tired, I’ll get out earlier. I think it ended up being full 2 hours, so really good value.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mallorca.
How much does Kitesurfing Lessons in Mallorca for All Levels cost?

How long does Kitesurfing Lessons in Mallorca for All Levels take?
+

Is Kitesurfing Lessons in Mallorca for All Levels worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 37 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Mallorca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Kitesurfing Lessons in Mallorca for All Levels?
+

Is Kitesurfing Lessons in Mallorca for All Levels suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Kitesurfing Lessons in Mallorca for All Levels?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mallorca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mallorca and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Kitesurfing Lessons in Mallorca for All Levels start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mallorca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mallorca?
+
On Outty we rank every Mallorca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mallorca Full Day Tour Valldemossa Deià and Sóller Experience, Best Mallorca Coves: Paddle Surf, Snorkeling and Guide, 3 Hours E-Bike Tour in Palma. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mallorca?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mallorca?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
