Lovely way to see the Tulips

Beautiful gardens at Keukenhof - did not disappoint. So much to see, you need a couple of hours and if you want to go in the windmill the queues can be long. Zaanse Schans Windmill and village was lovely but be careful of pick pockets

    Good tour; kind of scattered

Excellent tour. Meeting/pickup was a bit difficult and included a lot of walking from meeting point to bus but tour itself was great.

    Tulip delight

Very pleasant experience at Keukenhof. Tulips were absolutely stunning and we experienced a relaxing few hours meandering through the beautiful flower displays. Guide on the bus was highly informative. The Zaans Schans Windmills were okay but definitely not the highlight of the day.

Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind review. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the beautiful tulips at Keukenhof and had a relaxing experience. We’re also glad our guide’s information added value to your day. We appreciate your feedback about Zaans Schans and are happy you enjoyed the highlights of the tour. Kind regards, TourCompany

Trip ok- Guide walks way too fast for older people to keep up

The trip itself was ok, I have been on it before. I was disappointed that we did not stop at freestanding cheese factory like we did in our last trip. Zannse Schans was way too crowded to see anything in the museum or the cheese making. I was not happy with the guide. We had to walk a pretty long way to get to the bus. My Mom who is 89, walks with a cane has breathing issues and cannot see well, had a horrible time keeping up with the guide on the way to the bus. As well as other places we stopped. He didn’t bother to wait for her or my brother. Maybe you should consider that. Older seniors are unable to walk and keep up with someone who is 40 years younger.

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Amsterdam?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Amsterdam?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
