    Great experience

Great experience with my boyfriend. There were only 4 of us in the group so e we’re about to really enjoy every aspect. The ATV ride to the cenotes and zipline were very very bumpy and dusty so goggles and a thick mask are a MUST. The cenotes we’re indescribably beautiful, the experience is something I c will forever hold dear to me.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your amazing experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you and your boyfriend had a great time exploring the cenotes and ziplining with our small group tour. Yes, the ATV ride can be bumpy and dusty, but it's all part of the excitement! We'll make sure to emphasize the importance of goggles and masks to our future guests. We're overjoyed that the cenotes left you speechless - they're truly natural wonders. It's wonderful to know that this experience will hold a special place in your heart forever!

The tour was excellent … we had a really good time 5 stars.. tour guys were excellent everyone on the tour said they had a good time. The only thing THT was a little scary was the weather which we had no control over. The cenote was also good, we loved it and will be back

Response from the operator: It's great to know that our tour guides made the experience enjoyable for everyone. Weather can indeed be unpredictable, but we're glad it didn't dampen your spirits. We're thrilled you loved the cenote and look forward to welcoming you back for another adventure!

    Amazing time!

My daughter and I booked this trip and had a blast! Our guide, Sebastian, was awesome and super knowledgeable about the region, the cenotes we visited, and wildlife. We started the tour on a 30+ min ATV adventure, then stopped and hiked to 3 different cenotes. The first one you will wade through some water to get to come out the other side. The hike isn't long, but be prepared and bring water. The second and third cenotes were steep to climb in and out of (via ladder/steps), but worth it because on the third cenote, you get to swim. At the end, you will hike about 15 minutes back to your ATV on the road. It was so worth it! I would do it again in a heart beat.

Response from the operator: Hola amigos, We're thrilled to hear that you and your daughter had a blast on the tour. Sebastian sounds like an awesome guide, and we're glad he provided you with valuable insights into the region, cenotes, and wildlife. Your detailed description of the tour itinerary is incredibly helpful for future travelers. It sounds like a perfect combination of adventure and exploration. We're delighted that you found the experience so worthwhile. We hope to see you soon!!

Jungle ATV Adventure: Unveiling Akumal's Enchanting Cenotes: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.

How much does Jungle ATV Adventure: Unveiling Akumal's Enchanting Cenotes cost?

    +

Prices start at $99 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Jungle ATV Adventure: Unveiling Akumal's Enchanting Cenotes take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.

Is Jungle ATV Adventure: Unveiling Akumal's Enchanting Cenotes worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Jungle ATV Adventure: Unveiling Akumal's Enchanting Cenotes?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Jungle ATV Adventure: Unveiling Akumal's Enchanting Cenotes suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Jungle ATV Adventure: Unveiling Akumal's Enchanting Cenotes?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Jungle ATV Adventure: Unveiling Akumal's Enchanting Cenotes start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Tulum?

    +

On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Tulum?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Tulum?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
