Too commercialized
Half of the time was spent trying to upsell things. The whole tour took about 90 minutes,in actuality, but we were there for six hours. Rest of the time was spent standing around and then waiting for an hour at the end for transportation to take us back to our hotel. The ATVs were terrible. My legs were badly burned by the exhaust and I was in pain the entire ride. We also rode through a lot of gravel, but they don’t provide anything except helmets for protection. They don’t give you face coverings or goggles, they want you to buy them and they charged $5 or $10 for each stupid bandana and $20 for each pair of goggles. The Cenote and Ziplines were fun, which is the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, but only comprised about 60 minutes total of the time.
Response from the operator: Hello dear traveler, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, it is valuable to enhace our service. We are sorry to know what happened but sometimes transportation sometimes can be delay for external things such as the redesigning of roads. as for the people who are trying to sell, the reservation mentions what is included and what is not included, so we ask you to bring cash in case you need anything else. Once again, we are thankful for your feedbacks and we are going to take into considerations. Nice day!

This was the best excursion I did Atv, Zipline,Cenote with Brian and Andran. I was scared to zip line at first but they was so helpful they talk me through it and I conquered my fear thanks to them. Safety was very important they stressed that to us. Let's not forget about the Tequila tasting with Angel was the bomb. The photographer

Fun time! Great people!
This was such a fun experience! We got picked up at 8:30am and made it back to our resort at 4:15pm. Our group was awesome and kind to each other. Our driver, Javier, made the travel fun with good music and our tour guide, Eric, was so friendly and got me out of my comfort zone by going upside down on one of the zip lines! Only wish is that we were at the cenote for a much longer amount of time. It was gorgeous and we would have liked longer to swim in it! Overall, great experience.
Response from the operator: I appreciate your comments and it is extraordinary that you have enjoyed this tour with us, we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more unforgettable service

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Jungle Adventure: Ziplines, Cenote Swim, Snack & Transportation: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Jungle Adventure: Ziplines, Cenote Swim, Snack & Transportation cost?
+
Prices start at $69 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Jungle Adventure: Ziplines, Cenote Swim, Snack & Transportation take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Jungle Adventure: Ziplines, Cenote Swim, Snack & Transportation worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Jungle Adventure: Ziplines, Cenote Swim, Snack & Transportation?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Jungle Adventure: Ziplines, Cenote Swim, Snack & Transportation suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Jungle Adventure: Ziplines, Cenote Swim, Snack & Transportation?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Jungle Adventure: Ziplines, Cenote Swim, Snack & Transportation start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
