Super clear water. The catamaran was very good. On the island we rented a golf cart really not much to do just walk and see beaches and shops

Not worth the money or the hassle
We bought this experience because a year ago, January of 2021 during Covid, we had a wonderful time and really wanted to go back. This experience was nothing like that. We boarded the catamaran and waiting to leave, the tour director held the mic so close to his mouth we couldn’t understand a word he said. So when we asked questions he asked, “ don’t you speak Spanish, I explained this?” We told him when we couldn’t understand and he proceeded to shake his head and explain again. We got to the snorkel site, we were ordered into the water and told to hold a black line attached to the yellow bouy. We snorkeled for about 15 minutes and then ordered back on the boat. Once on the boat, they pour drinks into dirty reusable cups with no ice. It was disgusting. Once we got to Isla Mujeres, we got off and were allowed 2 hours to see the Islqnd that then met the guide at the terminal to board the catamaran and went a short distance to the dolphin discovery center. We were told we have until 5 in the center and lunch was included and provided. It was not edible. The buffet consisted of cold spaghetti noodles with what tasted like plan tomato poured on it, chicken thighs drenched in a cold sweet sauce, shredded pork that looked like it had sat all day and fruit that was warm and wilted. The lounge chairs were all ripped and bleached so you couldn’t sit in them or they broke and ripped further. We went to the boat at 5 as instructed and we left. The ride back was quiet and uneventful. They passed a tip jar and explained wasn’t included and we needed to pay something for the people on the boat. We refused and got off. This experience has gone down hill and in a hurry. They are doing the bare minimum for high price and using Covid as an excuse. I would not recommend this excursion to anyone.
Response from the operator: Dear Ivy, Thank you for your review, this help us understand the tour perspective of each customer. We will definately look into it so this situation wont happen again and the experience wont be affected as it was in your case. This message will be directed to the customer service general manager for further investigation. Thank you and be safe! Best Regards Reservation Department What To Do In Cancun

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Isla Mujeres Premium Tour Transportation & Dock fee Included: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Isla Mujeres Premium Tour Transportation & Dock fee Included cost?
+
Prices start at $99 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Isla Mujeres Premium Tour Transportation & Dock fee Included take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Isla Mujeres Premium Tour Transportation & Dock fee Included worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Isla Mujeres Premium Tour Transportation & Dock fee Included?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Isla Mujeres Premium Tour Transportation & Dock fee Included suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Isla Mujeres Premium Tour Transportation & Dock fee Included?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Isla Mujeres Premium Tour Transportation & Dock fee Included start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
