Together with Ise Jingu, you have 180 minutes to explore this temple town filled with traditional architecture.

   Visit the most sacred shrine in Japan, dedicated to Amaterasu Omikami (the Sun Goddess) who is the ancestral deity of the Imperial Family. With a history spanning over 2,000 years, it remains the spiritual heart of Japan and a vital site where the Emperor still performs rituals for the nation’s peace and prosperity today.

• Manners at Shrine: Please note that Ise Jingu Naiku is a very sacred place. Photography is prohibited in some areas (the main sanctuaries).
• There will be a fair amount of walking on gravel paths; comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.
• This tour will depart regardless of weather or traffic conditions, unless you are notified otherwise by the local operator. Trip Advisor / Viator and your local tour operator will not be responsible for itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Depending on the number of participants, English and Chinese commentary might be given on the same bus.
• Infants under 3 years old are free of charge without seat. If a seat is required, please book under the children's price.
• In the event of severe traffic caused by holidays or adverse weather conditions, there may be a reduction in planned attractions without refunds.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at the meeting point. The guide has a list of participants & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & refunds won't be issued. If you are unsure about the meeting point, please notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
