Poland Loved it..........
This is a excellent tour company. We did a 10 day trip to Poland with our 85 year old mother in a wheelchair. We did a personal tour not a group. Our driver Max was excellent. We loved him. Great personality excellent safe driver. We drove hours throughout Poland for 10 days. He made the trip special speaking polish with my mom. He is also fluent in English. My mother cried and hugged Max when whe left for the airport. Thanks Max....... All our tour guides throughout the trip were top notch. All staff had a love for Poland. My mom grew up in Poland before migrating to the United States in 1950. It was a trip of a lifetime for my mother, sister and I. A memory we will never forget. Thanks GFP....

Exceeded our expectation!!!
The trip was beyond our expectations. Having drivers meet us at the airport, hotels and trains made everything go so smoothly and without stress. It did take us a few times to get the protocol of the trains. We had First class on every train with two legs giving us a snack and beverage. Trains are clean and well taken care of. Our drivers were personable and were so helpful giving suggestions of what to see and eat on our own. The tour guides were excellent and spoke good English except the one in Poznan whose accent was too hard to understand. We loved that every hotel was exactly where you wanted to be where you could walk to major sites. We were comfortable in every single one of them. We never had to get a taxi or uber. The amount of knowledge we gained was significant and made us become more aware the hell Poland went through during Nazi then Russian occupation. The Polish people were hospitable and helpful. My huge accolades to TOMASZ, our travel coordinator with GREETINGS FROM POLAND who accommodated us in adjusting our itinerary. His promptness in returning emails was outstanding from planning until we left. We tried several other tour companies that did not offer small groups. So happy that I found Greetings From Poland. Our tour was just my friend and me. What also was perfect we had plenty of free time which we used wisely to explore each city. You should not hesitate using this company. Forget the others! Thank you for a memorable journey.

Go to Poland Now if you want an affordable but awesome experience
I worked with Thomasz at GFP travel to plan 3 weeks in Poland. We started with the 10 day train tour that included Warsaw, Gdansk, Malbork castle, Poznam, Wroclaw and Krakow. We then rented a car and planned an itinerary to visit the hometowns of our family from Poland and also to visit several places not on the 10 day tour- Zakopane, Torun and Lublin. When we landed and every day we had a driver/tour guide from that town To show us the important sites and some history. It was just the two of us and our guide so we did have flexibility to customize our itinerary. Every tour guide was excellent. The trains were all first class and our driver guide got us the correct platform and another guide met us on the next stop. The hotels were all 4 star, well located with excellent breakfast buffets included. It's the perfect way to travel where you get local assistance but you are not traveling in a group or on a bus. We had time after the tour to explore on our own and find a place for dinner. The cost of the trip was very affordable and Poland is beautiful, clean, safe, and very friendly. You get a lot of value for the money spent. In the bigger cities the staff at hotels and restaurants almost all spoke English. The roads are very clean and in good condition- better than in the states. I had a million questions and Thomasz patiently answered each one I would highly recommend. Using GFP travel. We booked our May trip in January. May is actually a pretty busy month in Poland because of First Holy Communions - celebrated for a week.

GFP Travel
The travel company and it's manager Tomasz are tremendous! WE had an 11 day tour by rail and all the tour guides we had were not only on time but very knowledgeable and personal. Four days into the trip, my wife became seriously injured and we had to return home. Tomasz and his guide in Gdansk were very helpful to get us to airport and Tomasz worked with us on offering credit for the remainder of the trip if we wanted to return when my wife got better. My wife' injury had nothing to do with the tour location, individuals or anything else. She had a brain issue and heart issue and fell. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes personalized service and experience the culture. Jim Gaczewski

Beautiful, with much history.
A last minute trip that was amazing. From the initial meet and greet to hopping on the final train, the itinerary was seamless, thanks Tomasz.. we varied the itinerary a bit to fit in with our overall trip and this was easily accommodated by Tomasz. The hotels varied a bit, but all were good. They were central so we walked a lot, but the public transport is easy to access and even I worked out how to pay easily. The guides, of course, made the trip. They are all different, but all were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much. Poland is a very interesting place to visit and see, we would be happy to stay longer. It’s friendly and relaxed and feels very safe. Next time I would try to avoid arriving at Modlin airport as it is so far out, but that didn’t trouble our guide Jola who came to meet us. The best city? Sorry, that’s just too hard. Thank you to all our guides again :)
