You get what you pay for!? Cheap does the job. No wow factor though
You get what you pay for. I came with my 8yo daughter during easter holidays. Her first quad bike experience, she was so excited. Not bad at all for £15 for 2 of us, 2 hour quad biking experience and a 2 min camel ride plus £20 for transfers. Instructions were rushed and rules set out were no reinforced eg distance between bikes and no overtaking. Felt it was really hard to get anyones attention for help. No mention of photo availability and window of purchase. Feel absolutely gutted I wasnt made aware and missed out on some once in a lifetime photos with my 8yo on quad bikes. I would definitely recommend to book but just research and question details. Definitely bring scarf, sunglasses and smallest bag possible.

unorganized experience
We did not even start the quad ride due to the chaotic and contradicting discussion about the pick up time. First we had to wait until 10:30pm to get a pick up slot for the next early morning. Then we had to a wild and unprofessional discussion about alternative pickup times. So i finally made the decision to cut the losses and not take the tour to not have a half day of vacation wasted, after the waiting and other wasted time. Overall very unprofessional experience!

To flee
Agency nullissimo. Run away!! We waited for the transfer and were on time at reception as requested by text and result the driver was waiting elsewhere and left without us. They simply told us take an Uber and manage! In short I think there s enough travel agency to avoid dishonest people

Amazing activity
Really good trip, we had a test drive to start with and I decided I wanted to get on the back of one with my boyfriend. The roads are very bumpy but that cant be helped. The views were amazing and I really enjoyed the experience overall. We had the midday trip so food wasn’t included. It was good that they had a slower and faster group so everyone could enjoy it.

Fantastic few hours
This was my kids favourite part of our trip. We booked with Egypt Excursions online via Get your Guide for a morning quad trip and camel ride. The pickup time was text to me the day before the trip, as promised, and the driver arrived on time to our hotel. The outward journey was like something out of GTA. I have never been driven so fast in my life, I think the driver thought he was late because on the return he was so chilled out, his driving was entirely different. On arrival at the quad centre, we were given clear instructions on how to operate the quad bike. We were provided with helmets, however needed to purchase headscarves to wear to cover our mouths and noses from the sand. We paid $3pp. We could wear our own sunglasses. We were booked alongside another family and the guide on the front quad was extremely accommodating to our abilities, comfort and speed that we wished to ride at. I never once felt like anyone was being left behind. A photographer came with us on the ride. After the quad ride we returned to the centre where our driver was ready to take us back to our hotel. However, we hadn't had our camel ride, so made sure to mention this in order to get it before we left. The photographer came out once again and shot photos of this moment. After, we were able to view the photos that had been taken. It was €45 for the whole lot of images. Over 70 pictures of our family alone. We purchased the package, Tipped the staff that we had interacted with and returned to our hotel. On arrival at our hotel we noticed we had only received photos of our quad experience and not of our camel experience. Messages were sent from myself to the company on the two different phone numbers that I had requesting you to have them sent over via email or whatsapp and I did not receive a reply from either number. This is disappointing for me as my children had camel rides and the company have the only photos of this experience and this memory for them. Overall , it was a very good experience and one that my kids will remember , which is exactly why it was booked.
