We did a hot air balloon ride at sunrise this morning overlooking the Atlas Mountains, and it was honestly one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was seamless, safe, and beautifully organised. Our guide, Muhammed, was exceptional. He went above and beyond at every step — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making the experience special. He made us feel completely at ease, shared fascinating insights about the area, and added so much heart to the morning. Watching the sun rise over the desert and the mountains from the balloon was breathtaking. It’s one of those rare moments where you feel completely still and present. The team on the ground were just as impressive: professional, friendly, and clearly experts at what they do. If you’re visiting Marrakech, this is an absolute must-do. Once in a lifetime experience you MUST try
I had an amazing time ! This activity was highly recommended when I explored things to do and I don't regret it at all. The staff was friendly , they spoke English, French and Arabic so many of the people could understand. Our driver picked everyone up at their Riads and hotels , he even stayed on the phone with me when I couldn't find him. The staff were all nice and accommodating. The flight in total was about 40 minutes and they served a light snack when you arrive and a full hot breakfast when you leave. It was a little chilly where we were so you should bring a jacket. I was traveling solo and this was perfect because you could explore in a big group. Highly recommend this group, I felt safe and had so much fun as a solo traveler . The only thing I would recommend is to ask the pilot which side of the basket is closest to the sunrise. It was hard to get the sunrise picture from my side of the basket. If pictures are important to you definitely try make sure you are seated on the outmost corner (so your views are unobstructed by other phones and people ) and that you are close to the sunrise .!

Our hot air balloon trip was absolutely spectacular — the views were truly phenomenal and something I’ll never forget. The entire experience was very well organized and accommodating from start to finish. I was especially impressed that we were picked up in a nice SUV, which made the start of the day so comfortable.
