Horse Riding in Mallorca on the Beach and Forest

Over crowded disaster

Would not recommend this to inexperienced riders or families on arrival there was no one around...very chaotic and un organised. Groups are far to big especially if full of inexperienced riders not enough time or instrucrion given and was very hard to understand 😕 guides were abrupt and seemed to not want to be bothered helping.people were falling of adults and children were scared and crying and 1 person was seriously injured. Even an experienced rider fell. No information was given about the horse we were put on. I stayed on from sheer will and wasn't going to walk back without my daughter who rides horses and even she struggled we were seperated through the whole ride and her horse kept biting it's stomach...unfortunately would not recommend.

Super horseback ride in a magnificent setting. With a guide who speaks all languages. (English Spanish German French). We loved it

Disappointed

Unfortunately, the arrival was very negative. I booked the horseback ride for myself and my 4-year-old daughter, and since it said that was possible, I assumed there was an option for it. When I arrived at the farm, I was first asked in a super rude way if I could ride (according to the description, you don't need any experience), and when I said no, he asked me how I was supposed to ride with a child on board. I didn't assume that she would be sitting on the horse with me, because she paid the full price. After we were told several times in an unfriendly manner how that was supposed to work, she didn't come along. She was then allowed to be led around on a pony there, but I didn't get any money or a portion of the money back. The ride itself was very nice afterwards, but the communication with the staff there was unfortunately the complete opposite, which ruined the fun for me right away.

Fun experience. It was an hour instead of 90 minutes unfortunately. The German guides were helpful but a little rude sometimes.
