What you'll see and do
Inca
The drive by coach from Sa Calobra to the hotels (or vice versa) is the longest single journey in the excursion. It takes us through the Sierra de Tramuntana and the interior of Mallorca, with a duration of 100-160 minutes depending on your hotel. Therefore, the supplier makes a stop in Inca at a leather goods store. Customers can go to the bathroom, have a drink at the bar, or browse the store. Of course, they don't have to buy anything or enter the store if they don't want to. Likewise, it is a necessary stop for the driver, who has a maximum limit of driving hours before having to take a break

La Carretera de Sa Calobra (MA 2141)
Enjoy the coach journey as you get to travel through this beautiful stretch of mountain roads with the guide's explanations about all the different points we will come across such as Lluc Monastery, the Puig Mayor, the Torrente de Pareis stream. During this part of the trip, you will have the opportunity to see one of Europe's most spectacular roads, the one that leads to Sa Calobra. The road to Sa Calobra has a total of 13 kilometers and it was built in 1932 as we go down it you will experience a unique view of the surroundings.

Torrent de Pareis
The Torrent de Pareis formed in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range thousands of years ago, a canyon more than 3 kilometers long that runs between gorges until it reaches the famous cove of Sa Calobra. This gorge of limestone rocks was forged over time by the erosive action of torrential water.

The next part of the tour begins as we board a modern boat for a 40-minute ride. This boat trip will take us from Sa Calobra to the Port of Soller, as we pass by the coast you will witness Mallorca's beauty in a way that will exceed your expectations. Observing from out at sea ancient defensive towers, coves, cliffs, marine caves, and small islands. These are images you will keep with you forever!

The highlight of this Mallorca Island Tour for many is the train ride. This experience will be the finishing touch that will make you fall completely in love with the island. You will board Soller's world-famous wooden train which was built in 1912. The train crosses Soller's valley as it goes through various tunnels giving us privileged views of the valley as we reach the town of Bunyola and we stop to get off at the Son Reus station. There our coach will be awaiting us to take us back to where we began the tour earlier in the day.

Fun filled day
We got to see and do so much in this trip..Isobel was a perfectionist, she did not lose sight of any of us at all, we visited some gorgeous places
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your wonderful review! 🌴🚆🚋🚤✨ We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed such a fun-filled day and that you were able to see and experience so much of Mallorca in a single excursion. That is exactly what makes the Island Tour one of the most popular experiences on the island. 😊 A special thank you for your kind words about Isabel. She will be thrilled to know that her organisation and attention to every guest made such a positive impression. Managing a full-day tour with multiple forms of transport and different stops requires great dedication, and we are very proud of the job she does. 👏 From the stunning mountain scenery of the Serra de Tramuntana to the boat trip, tram ride and historic train journey, this tour is designed to showcase some of Mallorca’s most beautiful and iconic locations. ⛰️🌊🚂 Thank you again for travelling with Nofrills Excursions. We hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable day exploring Mallorca very soon! ☀️🌴✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team 💙

Fab day, well organised.
My sister and I booked with the hotel as the no frills kiosk was closed. We enjoyed he day, well worth the money. Luis was a good tour guide and the coach driver was good and kept us all safe and the journey was smooth, even down the mountains on the narrow roads. Some of the other holiday makers, were tight and did not show their graditude by leaving a tip. So rude.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your lovely review! 🌴🚆🚋🚤✨ We’re delighted to hear that you and your sister enjoyed the Island Tour and felt it was good value for money. This excursion is one of the best ways to discover Mallorca’s spectacular landscapes in a single day, combining coach, boat, tram and train into one unforgettable experience. 😊 A special thank you for your kind words about Luis and the driver. Guiding and driving through the winding mountain roads of the Serra de Tramuntana requires both experience and professionalism, and we’re pleased that you felt safe and well looked after throughout the day. 👏🚌⛰️ As for gratuities, they are always entirely voluntary, but we know that guides and drivers greatly appreciate any recognition from guests who feel they have received excellent service. Your thoughtfulness on this matter is certainly appreciated. 😊 Thank you again for travelling with Nofrills Excursions, and we hope to welcome you back for another Mallorca adventure very soon! ☀️🌊🚂 — The Nofrills Excursions Team 💙🌴✨

Island Tour… Fantastic!
We went on the Island Tour last Tuesday and honestly, what a fabulous day! There were six of us adults on a family trip, and it couldn’t have gone better. Juan, our guide, was fantastic from start to finish, so friendly, personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He really made the whole experience engaging and enjoyable. Gerardo, our driver, was equally brilliant, he had a full bus running smoothly and made everyone feel completely at ease. The day was packed with so many lovely moments, from a perfectly on-time pick-up, to a stunning drive through the mountains, and a gorgeous boat trip. It was all just seamless. We’ve booked with No Frills Excursions a few times now and have never been disappointed, but this one really stood out. A huge thank you to Gerardo, and especially Juan for his outstanding hospitality throughout the day. The Monaghan Family + a McNicol 😊
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your fantastic review! 🌴🚆🚤 We’re absolutely delighted that your Island Tour was such a highlight of your family trip — it sounds like a truly special day for all of you! Juan will be thrilled to read your kind words — his humour, knowledge and personality really make the experience come alive. And Gerardo will also appreciate the recognition — keeping everything running smoothly on those mountain roads is no small task! 👏 We’re especially happy to hear that everything felt seamless, from the punctual pick-up to the stunning scenery and boat trip. That’s exactly what we aim for at Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience creating memorable, well-organised tours. Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Island Tour with Train Tram Boat and Bus from Cala Millor: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mallorca.
How much does Island Tour with Train Tram Boat and Bus from Cala Millor cost?
+
Prices start at $130 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mallorca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Island Tour with Train Tram Boat and Bus from Cala Millor take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mallorca is not rushed.
Is Island Tour with Train Tram Boat and Bus from Cala Millor worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mallorca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Island Tour with Train Tram Boat and Bus from Cala Millor?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Island Tour with Train Tram Boat and Bus from Cala Millor suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Island Tour with Train Tram Boat and Bus from Cala Millor?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mallorca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mallorca and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Island Tour with Train Tram Boat and Bus from Cala Millor start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mallorca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mallorca?
+
On Outty we rank every Mallorca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mallorca Full Day Tour Valldemossa Deià and Sóller Experience, Best Mallorca Coves: Paddle Surf, Snorkeling and Guide, 3 Hours E-Bike Tour in Palma. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mallorca?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mallorca?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
