The experience was great....
The experience was great. We had an issue with the Viator booking process but the Facility accommodated us and it worked out well. Horses are rescues which is encouraging for all horse lovers. Zoey and Elizabeth were awesome. Nicki was a terrific help with our novice rider. Well done team!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We’re really happy to hear that, despite the initial booking issue, everything worked out well and that you had a great experience with us. We’ll be sure to pass your lovely words on to Zoey, Elizabeth, and Nicki. They’ll be delighted to know they made such a positive impact, especially in supporting your novice rider. Thank you again for your encouragement, and we hope to welcome you back for another wonderful ride in the future. Best Regards, Oh-Hoo Team

Lovely horses. lovely staff. Recommended.
Had a lovely walk along the beach and in the water. The horse was well-mannered and compliant. A bit tricky to find the stables but luckily I did a reccy beforehand! Don’t bother booking through Viator….it confused everything and I only got confirmation a week later!! Friendly staff. A nice couple of hours.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your beach walk and time in the water, and that the horse was well-mannered and easy to ride. We apologize for any confusion caused by the booking process through a third party platform. We understand how frustrating delayed confirmation can be. For the smoothest experience, we always recommend confirming details directly with us after booking, and we’re continuously working to improve coordination with our partners. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re so pleased you had a nice couple of hours with us. We hope to see you again in the future. Best Regards, Oh-Hoo Team

Amazing experience
This was a great experience, even for a first time horse rider. The horses were very calm and well-trained. You almost don't need to do anything as they just follow each other in a straight line, and you can just enjoy the beautiful views in the beach while riding the horse. The instructors were also very friendly and took their time to explain to us how to properly ride the horse. I also think the instructor Zoey became best friends with my girlfriend and they'll share some great moments in Vietnam.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the ride, even as a first time rider, and that you found the horses calm, well trained, and easy to ride while taking in the beautiful beach views. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable ride in the future. Best Regards, Oh-Hoo Team

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Horse Riding and Beach Trails on Koh Samui: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Koh Samui.
How much does Horse Riding and Beach Trails on Koh Samui cost?
+
Prices start at $78 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Koh Samui usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Horse Riding and Beach Trails on Koh Samui take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Koh Samui is not rushed.
Is Horse Riding and Beach Trails on Koh Samui worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Koh Samui, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Horse Riding and Beach Trails on Koh Samui?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Horse Riding and Beach Trails on Koh Samui suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Horse Riding and Beach Trails on Koh Samui?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Koh Samui can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Koh Samui and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Horse Riding and Beach Trails on Koh Samui start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Koh Samui within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Koh Samui?
+
On Outty we rank every Koh Samui experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angthong National Marine Park VIP Small Group Tour, Cooking Class in Koh Samui with Micro Organic Garden, Half Day Elephant Home Sanctuary in Samui. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Koh Samui?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Koh Samui?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
