3 Days with Yassin - super!

Great exciting trip under the guidance of Yassin. Seeing the sunrise on the Toubkal experience is the climb (and long descent) worthwhile. Yassin was a ver experienced, helpful and friendly guide. Day 3 we spent with his family in his house cooking local dishes. Thanks!

A wonderful trek

I had a great time on my trek, it was a truly unforgettable experience and I recommend it to anybody. Imlil Treks were great once I was on the trek. Mustapha was friendly and supportive and I felt in safe hands. Thanks again to him for making the journey really enjoyable. It's also great value for money, with some delicious food and an overnight stay included. I will say that the communication in the planning stage wasn't great. I had to chase answers to questions several times and some crucial bits of information (including needing to bring a passport on the trek) weren't communicated. I wouldn't change anything about the trek itself though - thanks again to the team for a wonderful time.

Totally worth it

Hassan was our guide and he was amazing! Always taking care of us (making sure we weren’t run over by mules), arranging dinner/lunch,m (also vegetarian by request) and hiking with plenty of breaks. Views were amazing! Just some advice, because this wasn’t really clear to us: You can just bring a small backpack. You can rent a jacket, gloves and a hat. You will really need it cause it’s so cold at the peak. There are blankets in the refuge. No toilet paper, so bring that! There were some showers, so bring a lightweight if you want. Earplugs and a mask are necessary if you want a few hours of sleep in the dorms. We were allowed to leave our big suitcase at the company. Pick up was all arranged and went smoothly.

10/10 Recommend!

We spontaneously booked this two day hike up to the top of Mount Toubkal and had an amazing time. The guide, Lahcne, was super friendly, knowledgable and we always felt very well taken care of. Would recommend this trip to everyone who is (even modestly) into hiking, the route is not that technical and with the guides from Imlil Treks you will enjoy it even more!

Great experience

An excellent tour with guide Ibrahim organised by Abdelatif. We were able to arrange an extra day added on to our tour to visit a Berber village, which I would highly recommend. Excellent food and guiding.

Hiking Ascent Mount Toubkal – 2 Days: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.

How much does Hiking Ascent Mount Toubkal – 2 Days cost?

+

Prices start at $400 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Hiking Ascent Mount Toubkal – 2 Days take?

+

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.

Is Hiking Ascent Mount Toubkal – 2 Days worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 18 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Hiking Ascent Mount Toubkal – 2 Days?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Hiking Ascent Mount Toubkal – 2 Days suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Hiking Ascent Mount Toubkal – 2 Days?

+

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Hiking Ascent Mount Toubkal – 2 Days start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Marrakech?

+

On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Marrakech?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Marrakech?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
