A good tour with a knowledgeable guide

Had a brilliant day on this tour and would greatly recommend it. It’s a long day, but it’s well worth it for the amount you get to see. The scenery is absolutely stunning and there’s a great mix of places along the route, so the time flies by. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch our guide’s name, but he was from Stirling and really made the trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Scottish history, culture and local stories, and shared it all in a way that felt natural and engaging. His enthusiasm turned what could have been just another sightseeing tour into something that felt genuinely authentic. A cracking day out, with a guide who’s a real credit to the company. Book a selfdrive instead

Worst trip! Not worth it. You spend approx 11 hours in bus to get down and visit locations but you get a total of 3 hours to see these. Very limited time, you cant even sit down to enjoy a coffee. Plus the guides are super rude. If by chance you sit near them and get a personal call, they will make faces and ask you to disconnect. Feels like a moving jail. Also, a child in our bus puked on the floor, these guys didnt have the courtesy to stop for them to clean themselves and the entire bus was suffocated for half an hour till the next stop. Definitely not recommended.

Loch Ness-Urquhart Castle-Inverness WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

One of the worst companies I have ever traveled with. The rules of this company are not exist. For taking your money, they don’t care about anything. If you are a Spanish speaker everything is ok cause everything is on Spanish but for all the other languages please do not take that risk. Guides are not caring about the other nationalities and the experience is really bad and tiring. Just mentioned some videos that I faced on for a 13 hours trip without anyone of the guides give any attention. Also, the food rules of the bus are completely insane. Even if really smelly foods are not permitted, nobody of the guides did anything for protect other people from that madness. I’m not talking about the uncomfortable seats and the old buses that they use. We stopped twice cause driver’s windows got ice. Other companies never had that problem. DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD !

At all times, you had an English-speaking guide available to provide explanations, assistance, and support throughout the excursion. Regarding the uncomfortable seats and the old buses, we would like to clarify that our fleet consists of new, comfortable, high-end vehicles, designed to provide the utmost comfort to our passengers. While we understand that, after a journey of more than 12 hours, it may feel tiring, this does not mean that the seats are uncomfortable. As for the frozen windows incident, we would like to remind you that on the day of your trip there was a snowstorm in the area. Such extreme weather conditions can affect visibility and require brief safety stops, even when the vehicle is in perfect condition, as was the case. The safety of our passengers is always our top priority. We also do not understand what you mean by “absurd food rules.” Hot food is not permitted on board due to the strong smells it can generate, and this measure exists precisely to protect the comfort of all passengers.
