A hike you will not forget.
What an experience we had on this hike. Absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. The tour guide, Briant, is brilliant and very funny. Safety and happiness is his main concern. The hike was changeling for our group due to the muddy conditions, but was it worth it. The waterfalls are amazing. We are thankful to have gone on this trip for sure. Thank you again
Response from the operator: Thank you for this amazing review. I loved guiding your great family group.

Amazing Day!
We had the best day with Briant! He was so knowledgeable and provided interesting facts along our drive and hike and took us to the most beautiful waterfall! Packing an extra pair of clothes isn’t a suggestion - it’s a must! Including shoes! Thanks for a great day!
Response from the operator: Thank you! And I am sorry abour your white sneakers (lol). It is great to guide fellow nature lovers

Amazing Guided Jungle Hike
My guided hike was an incredible experience through the jungle of Panama. Briant, my very knowledgeable guide directed us to beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes. I saw and learned all about the biodiversity and native animals. Frogs, toucans, butterflies and more! one of a kind experience, Would do it again 1000x THANK YOU ECO TRIPS!
Response from the operator: It was our pleasure to take you to this tour. Maybe next time your mom could join us too in a warerfall hike. I know she loved the wildlife tour at the Canal. Would be great to tour with both of you again!

The highlight of our Panama vacation
Everything about this tour exceeded expectations. Alex was the best guide we could have asked for. Born and raised in rural Panama, he knows the jungle intimately and was a fount of knowledge from start to finish. We appreciated the beauty of the jungle so much more for hearing his stories and learning about the plants and animals of Panama.
Response from the operator: We are thrilled to have been the "highlight of your Panama vacation. And thank you for noticing that Alex (and actually all our guides) are PANAMANIANS. We aim to make sure you get an authentic experience, starting with our guides. Thank you again!

Amazing Experience
My husband and I did this tour with Alex. I have to say it was amazing. Alex is a walking encyclopedia! He genuinely cares about his guests. He made sure we were safe. He went out of the way to point out tracks in the mud to miniature frogs. We even saved a sloth in the middle of the road. The hike is tough. You should be in shape otherwise it will be a struggle. The waterfall was gorgeous. Eating and meeting the natives was pretty cool. A must do tour!
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review and for sharing with others the way we do business. Yes we will try to save sloths and other animals on the side of the roads, after all is us, the civilization, who are invading their home!. We are very plased to know that you enjoyed your experience with us this much!

Hidden Waterfall Hike From Panama City: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Panama City.
How much does Hidden Waterfall Hike From Panama City cost?
+
Prices start at $128 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Panama City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Hidden Waterfall Hike From Panama City take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Panama City is not rushed.
Is Hidden Waterfall Hike From Panama City worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 18 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Panama City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Hidden Waterfall Hike From Panama City?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Hidden Waterfall Hike From Panama City suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Hidden Waterfall Hike From Panama City?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Panama City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Panama City and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Hidden Waterfall Hike From Panama City start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Panama City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Panama City?
+
On Outty we rank every Panama City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tour to a waterfall and Embera village with lunch included, Ocean to Ocean Combo: Canal Boat Safari, Agua Clara & Gatun Locks, Half day of Panama city and canal tour: shared and private. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Panama City?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Panama City?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
