Truly great boat experiences!
Our family experiences were exceptional with Ethan Vũ as our tour guide/manager. He was well spoken and knowledgeable making our Lan Ha Bay experiences so much better. Our server on the boat Tom (as in Tom Cruise) was fantastic. He was courteous making our family’s trip so much more pleasant and memorable. We truly appreciate the 2 staff members above and all staff on the boat. Thank you for such a great time on the Heritage.

Excellent crews and services. Must experience!
We had an amazing experience with Heritage Cruise. The ship is clean, spacious, delicious food with exceptional crews. Services are amazing especially Ethan and Tom. Ethan, who is the head tour director, gave us clear instructions and accommodated us throughout our journey. Tom, who is our personal server, very attentive and gave us outstanding service at every meals. Tom is very patient and assisted my 83 years old mother every steps of the way. So much appreciation to their hard work and make our trip super pleasant.

Highly recommend this cruise
We went as a young couple and had an excellent time. The boat and the room were stunning (we were on the second floor in an ocean suite), activities well organised and the food was very good. Special thanks to the crew who were very very forthcoming and took great care of us, in particular to Jack who gave the cooking class and squid fishing, Jue, Zoe our waiter who always made sure we knew everything about our traditional dishes, and Ethan, the Manager.

Amazing Cruise😊
The whole experience is amazing! The boat is beautiful and the room and swimming pool were very clean! We had a lot of fun kayaking and visiting the village! Our tour guide ashley and ethan was very nice and accommodating. The food was all great it actually exceeds our expectation! Jay our server was the best! He took care of us for the whole time being that we’re there! They even had a lot of little surprises for my birthday😅Overall I would highly recommend it as the experience was great for us😊
