The ship is very clean and we can enjoy the beautiful view of halong by sitting relaxed on the top floor. amazed by the big and beautiful cave too.

Terrible transport experience inspite of good cruise ship
The tour operator and guide David seems to have a racial bias against Indians - they charged us for limousine pick drop from hotel - yet did not pick up from hotel in the morning. At our pickup point - most front seats were already full and we were forced to take bumpy back seats on top of the back wheels. On way back we boarded the bus much earlier to get better seats but the guide forced us to go back to back seats inspite of explaining that they don't recline and are bumpy and we should be given choice on way back atleast ( it is 2.5 hr ride one way from Hanoi to Halong bay!) - he didn't allow us to pick front seats, saying people must stick to their seats even if means it is unfair even if we have paid the same amount as others. The cruise ship itself and the iterinary itself was quite ok - comparable to what others are offering.
