Best service!
Alessandro is an amazing server! It was my Mom's birthday and he went out of his way to make it special. She still talks about it to this day! Thank you Alessandro!

Not the best
Server was great, starters were great, then went down hill. Mains were awful. Had the combo bbq. Coleslaw was dry, pulled pork was a slab of fatty unpulled pork hidden under crispy onions with a chicken wings on side. Had twisted mac cheese on side with bacon, ok four tiny bits of bacon ontop bland twisted pasta mixed with bland cheese . Honestly if you want to visit hard rock cafe, have a starter then go somewhere else for dinner and save yourself 100 euros. Very expensive and very disappointing.

Would not recommend or return.
We were greeted by a lively and kind host, which gave us a good first impression. The restaurant itself has the typical Hard Rock Cafe setup — familiar décor and menu. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The food was disappointing: small portions and below-average quality. The fajita portion in particular was terrible. When we raised our concern with our waiter, we were told that the portion size was “standard” and were even offered to pay extra just to get one full chicken breast — which felt unreasonable. The drinks were also poor and definitely not up to the Hard Rock standard we’ve come to expect elsewhere. Overall, this visit was a letdown. We wouldn’t return or recommend Hard Rock Cafe Vienna to anyone.

Food good but service diabolical
The food was what we expected from a Hard Rock Cafe but the service was diabolical. We were seated quickly and the drinks arrived in reasonable time, the main cause arrived in about 30 minutes but after that it took nearly 45 minutes to get our dessert, firstly because you couldn't get a member of staff who's job it was and then was told by another member of staff it had been ordered and it still took another 15 minutes after that. The people on the next table were going to leave as they had waited 30 minutes for drinks after they hadn't finished their meal and as they were putting their coats on the waiter rushed over with their drinks so they sat down. I was then asked did I want to give a service charge and in my opinion no, not if you haven't received good service. There seems to be quite a few staff actually doing nothing.
