Tien and Marie are the best
My wife and I booked the motorbike evening food tour with Tien and Marie. It was a blast. They took us around to 7 different local places to eat and try different types of food. We went all over the city and we had a great time. They took the time to explain all the different types of food and helped us to try and learn the language so we felt confident when we were on our own. Cruising around on the motorbike was a blast and felt completely safe the entire time. 5 stars and we would book again in a heartbeat
Response from the operator: Dear Jame, Thank you so much for leaving us an excellent review! We are so delighted that our team was helpful and informative! Enjoy your holiday! Best regards, Tony. OneTrip with local Team.

Amazing motorbike tour of Hanoi
This tour is highly recommended! Get out of the city a bit a find out more about the history of Vietnam and Hanoi! We saw plenty of things we just did not expect! Highlight for me was the bridge! Tony was amazing and very knowledgeable! If you ever go to Hanoi, then make sure this tour is on your list of experiences!
Response from the operator: Thanks for taking your time and effort to write for us really nice review. Our guide, Tony, would be so happy with your beautiful words! It is our pleasure to hear that you enjoyed the tour with us. Hopefully, you have a great trip in Vietnam! Best regards, OneTrip with local Team.

Great family tour; fascinating, educating and safe
Tony and his friends looked after us very well for several hours. We were a family including two children aged 7 and 9. We took four bikes in the end as we felt the 7yr old was a bit young to be on a bike on his own without another responsible adult with him. We took in many of the sites and Tony's knowledge was very good about the locations and history. His English was very good too. The other drivers were also very friendly but the feedback was that during the part when we were driving, I probably had more things pointed out to me than the others (I was with Tony the guide). We felt safe at all times and din;t worry about the kids. We saw many parts of Hanoi and some of the parts that were a bit off the beaten-track. I walked away thinking I had a great experience but still wanted to know much more about Hanoi and spent real time at one of the bigger ticket museums/locations which we didn't do. But for a 4 hour tour I guess that's the point. Highly recommended.

Motor bike tour hanoi
We had a fantastic afternoon with Tony and 3 of his colleagues riding around Hanoi discovering places we would never have seen on our own. Despite the intense heat, Tom made the experience so enjoyable with his knowledge and perspective as a local uni student. His English was great! And they were very friendly with our children. Highlights were going to the railway line, seeing some street art, visiting banana island, eating Bung Bo and sticky rice ice cream which was a godsend in the heat. We would highly recommend going with this company to get a more local experience. They were extremely professional and safe riders as well. Thank you Tom and crew

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Hanoi Bike Tour with Food - Highlights & Local Life: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.
How much does Hanoi Bike Tour with Food - Highlights & Local Life cost?
+
Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Hanoi Bike Tour with Food - Highlights & Local Life take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.
Is Hanoi Bike Tour with Food - Highlights & Local Life worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Hanoi Bike Tour with Food - Highlights & Local Life?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Hanoi Bike Tour with Food - Highlights & Local Life suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Hanoi Bike Tour with Food - Highlights & Local Life?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Hanoi Bike Tour with Food - Highlights & Local Life start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hanoi?
+
On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hanoi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hanoi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
