- If you wish to extend your shooting time, you can purchase an additional 1 hour when making the reservation. Extensions on-site are impossible.
- Additional charges will apply for damaged or lost accessories and locker keys.
- Participants is only available for customers aged 1 year old or older.

- Refunds due to weather conditions are impossible. If desired, we can change to indoor shooting in case of rain.
- Schedule adjustments due to weather can be made up to 3 days in advance.

- For those who wishto book both makeup and photo shooting, please note that makeup takes about 40 minutes + Hanbok changing takes 30 minutes (approximately 70 minutes in total). (e.g. If you wish to photo shoot at 11:00am, make a makeup reservation for 9:30am -> Arrive by 9:30am at the store, get makeup + changing Hanbok, and start photo shooting at 11:00am)
- The original photos will be sent via email. Please check your spam folder in case it goes there.
- For retouching and printing services, please inquire with the photographer on-site.
- If there are any special notices on the day of the photo shoot, we will inform you via email in advance.
- For outdoor snap photo shoots, Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays, and shooting will take place at external locations like outside Gyeongbokgung Palace or Gwanghwamun, etc.
