Disappointment and Burla
Badly educated bastards made the arrival trip to the airport a nightmare and sent a taxi to transport us at the end of the trip, charged the undue and unintended amounts. We do not recommend this Enterprise insult.

Em segundo lugar, não é a primeira vez que trabalha connosco! Se a empresa é o que descreve de uma forma tão negativa e pejorativa, porquê que continua a trabalhar connosco? O nosso serviço e atenção ao cliente não mudou, trabalhamos sempre de acordo com a máxima satisfação do cliente. A nossa postura sempre foi a mesma, correta, e de modo algum fizemos um transporte da forma como descreve e algum momento foi burlada com nada. Também podemos fazer ressalva e lamentar ter-nos enviado um comprovativo de pagamento, que por algum motivo a operação não foi realizada corretamente e o valor não foi creditado. Na véspera do serviço tivemos de voltar a solicitar a transferência e teve de fazer nova transferência, porque a anterior não tinha sido realizada com sucesso. O serviço contratado terminava no aeroporto, o que estava a solicitar era um serviço extra, que só o faríamos mediante um custo extra. O cliente não foi transportado de táxi, foi num transfer privado com um motorista com uma conduta educada e esse serviço foi cobrado para ser realizado. De modo algum nos revemos nas difamações que faz à nossa empresa. Com esta acusação infundada de burla até podemos ponderar em acionar um processo. Não se denigre com faltas acusações a imagem de uma empresa. Excellent driver, impeccably maintained vehicle
On 11/06 I was hired as a Wine Tourism Guide to serve a group of 35 people on a tourist tour starting in Cascais for a Wine Tourism tour (visit to two wineries) in the Azeitão region. The company chosen to support us in this transport was Specialimo (not our first time with this company) perhaps that is where the trust lies. I cannot help but emphasize that in this specific service the experience with our driver Manuel PIna was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we boarded, we were greeted with a warm smile and a professional attitude. His skill behind the wheel was evident. Furthermore, Manuel displayed unparalleled cordiality and availability. The cleanliness and comfort of the bus are also worthy of praise, contributing to an overall high-quality experience. I highly recommend Manuel Pina, an excellent professional and a true ambassador for tourism, and we hope to be able to count on his excellent service in future adventures.
