Awesome experience
pick up was smooth and organized. pack your patience because getting everyone together and loading up took a little time. excursion was scheduled to begin at 11 am which included travel time of 30 min to dock. boat didn’t leave pier until 105 pm. we were still able to get in 3 hours of excursion but some parts felt rushed. overall we had a great time. drinks 10/10, food 5/10 and vibes 20/10. great crew and great company.🤗🥳🛥️
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed and honest feedback! We’re glad to hear the pick-up was smooth and organized, and we truly appreciate your patience with the wait before departure. We understand that the delayed departure made some parts of the experience feel rushed, and we’ll take your comments into account as we continue working with our partners to improve the boarding process and timing. Most importantly, we’re thrilled that you still had a great time with the crew — drinks 10/10 and vibes 20/10 definitely made us smile! We also appreciate your feedback on the food. Thank you for choosing us and for recognizing our crew and team. We hope to have you back for another day on the water — with the same 20/10 vibes!

The boat was big and...
The boat was big and comfortable, the workers kept it clean and explained the rules of the ship before we left . The ride was about an hour long down the coast with great views until we reached out destination . When we stopped they gave us 2 hours or so to snorkel dive , swim , drink and eat . We saw sea turtles and sting rays and tons of fish at the reef while snorkeling . The food was fresh and the drinks were good (they do not cap you on the free alcohol they want you to have fun) , the crew was nice and professional. Would recommend for anyone trying to look for a day trip (we were picked up at 645 am and got back to our hotel around 2pm).
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the boat, the beautiful coastal views, and especially the snorkeling with sea turtles, stingrays, and all the colorful reef fish. It’s also great to know that you appreciated the fresh food, drinks, and the professionalism of the crew. Our team works hard to create a fun, safe, and comfortable experience from beginning to end. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing us for your day on the water. We hope to welcome you back on another adventure soon!

It’s Okay. Staff is amazing though.
Bring sunscreen and it’s not really a party boat. They turn the music up at the end of the tour, but by then everyone is tired.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience! We’re glad you joined us for a day on the water. Sunscreen is definitely a great recommendation for anyone spending the day under the Caribbean sun! We also appreciate your feedback about the atmosphere on board. Our goal is to offer a fun and relaxing experience that appeals to a wide range of guests, and we appreciate your comments as we continue to improve. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable day at sea

Fun times with great people
Overall experience was good. We booked this excursion as a group of five and our tour guide/host Paolo was very helpful and entertaining. The crew members were also really good (Felipe) the captain, Mario the bartender, and victor and angel who assisted with docking etc. We didn't get to snorkel due to the choppy water but we still were able to enjoy the excursion overall.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your review! We’re happy to hear that you and your group had a good experience overall and enjoyed your time on the excursion. Paolo will be delighted to hear your kind words, and we’ll be sure to share your compliments with Felipe, Mario, Victor, and Angel as well. Our crew works hard to create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest. While we know it was disappointing not to be able to snorkel due to the sea conditions, guest safety is always our top priority. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy the trip and make the most of the day. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure in the future

Fun experience, beautiful...
Fun experience, beautiful day on the water. Snorkeling, swimming, sun time, don't forget to bring a towel. I enjoyed our time.

It sounds like you got to enjoy a little bit of everything — snorkeling, swimming, relaxing in the sun, and making great memories along the way. And yes, a towel is definitely a must! We truly appreciate you choosing us and hope to welcome you back for another amazing day on the water soon!

Half-Day Luxury Sailing Experience in Tulum with Open Bar: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Half-Day Luxury Sailing Experience in Tulum with Open Bar cost?
+
Prices start at $149 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Half-Day Luxury Sailing Experience in Tulum with Open Bar take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Half-Day Luxury Sailing Experience in Tulum with Open Bar worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 262 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Half-Day Luxury Sailing Experience in Tulum with Open Bar?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Half-Day Luxury Sailing Experience in Tulum with Open Bar suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Half-Day Luxury Sailing Experience in Tulum with Open Bar?
+
Around 92 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Half-Day Luxury Sailing Experience in Tulum with Open Bar start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
